Easy to reach from the airport. Plenty of restaurants, castle, and bazaar within walking distance. Relaxed and traditional atmosphere, not flooded with tourists.

Pros:

Vanaf de ontvangst tot aan ons vertrek hebben wij een geweldige ervaring gehad bij Four Mansions Hotel. We werden warm ontvangen en het hele team was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Een speciale dank aan Çağkan en meneer Ümit. Dankzij hun inzet hebben wij een fantastische tour door Cappadocië gehad. Ook regelden zij een taxi om 06.30 uur naar de busterminal en zorgden zelfs voor een ontbijtpakket.

Ook Ayşegül, Büşra en de jongeman bij het ontbijtbuffet stonden altijd met een glimlach voor ons klaar en vroegen steeds of we iets nodig hadden.

Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen en kom hier zeker terug als ik weer in Kayseri ben!

Kayseri erleben mit einem besonderen Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einem alten „Armenischen Herrenhaus“ und ist einfach traumhaft schön. Dieses Ambiente im Zimmer lässt einen in diese Zeit zurückkehren. Sehr schönes Hotel, überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel wo das Personal so Aufmerksam und Respektvoll war!
Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach 1A. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem kleinen aber feinem Buffet mit verschiedenen Speisen. Es ist auch abwechslungsreich und nicht jeden Tag dasselbe Essen.

Pros:

La habitación era moderna y bastante grande, el personal fue muy amable y nos prestó una bascula para pesar el equipaje y un abrebotellas. En la recepción hay pastas y agua fresca para los huéspedes.
Está bien ubicado rodeado de restaurantes y una pastelería con unos productos riquísimos.
El parking es fácil en una zona lateral del hotel.
Para entrar con coche tienes que llamar por teléfono y que te abran la barrera exterior en una zona que en estos momentos parece estar de obras pero sin más problema que ése.
El aeropuerto está a unos 15'.

Cons:

A pesar de haber concertado con ellos la hora para la entrega de un desayuno en cajas para llevar, debido a que nuestro vuelo salía temprano, a la mañana siguiente estuvimos llamando varias veces y en recepción no hubo nadie ni para hacer el check out ni para darnos las cajas de desayuno, algo que nos causó bastante perjuicio ya que de haberlo sabido habríamos comprado algo la tarde anterior para poder desayunar y no tener que coger el vuelo sin hacerlo.
Empezamos a llenar eljacuzzi y se empezó a inundar el suelo del baño con lo que tuvimos que cerrar los grifos y recoger con toallas el agua que salía por debajo del jacuzzi.

Kayseri vale una visita e questo Hotel è il luogo ideale per soggiornare!
Pros:

Camera stupenda, ampia e pulitissima. Staff disponibile e gentile. Colazione con vasta scelta di prodotti tipici di ottima qualità.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ansprechender und gepflegter Anlage. Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und besonders kinderfreundlich.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz, was vor allem für Familien angenehm ist. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die zahlreichen Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt recht dunkel und verfügen über zu wenig Beleuchtung. Außerdem fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel, was insbesondere bei längeren Aufenthalten unpraktisch ist.

Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große Stufe, die die Nutzung unnötig erschwert und ein potenzielles Stolperrisiko darstellt.

Zudem sind die Fenster nicht ausreichend schallisoliert. Dadurch war die Musik der nebenan stattfindenden Konzerte deutlich im Zimmer zu hören, was insbesondere am Abend störend war.

Mit einigen Verbesserungen in diesen Bereichen könnte der Komfort für die Gäste deutlich erhöht werden.

Emplacement dans le vieux Kayseri. L'hôtel a beaucoup de cachet, les chambres sont décorées avec goût et sont très grandes. La cuisine était ouverte le soir uniquement pour nous, excellent service et très bons plats. Comme nous n'avions pas le temps pour le petit-déjeûner, nous avons reçu un lunch box le matin au départ. C'est très appréciable.

What a fantastic hotel….
Pros:

Everything about this property is worth talking about. We could not fault the property, the rooms nor the staff. In the three weeks we have been in Turkey, this had THE most comfortable bed, so had a great sleep. It was very obvious making guests comfortable was top priority for staff as they all went out of their way, at every encounter. We would definitely rebook should we return to Kayseri.
