Cobraram nos mais uma noite sem nos terem dado qualquer tipo de aviso sobre o check out. Viram nós a passar várias vezes e nunca nos disseram que deveríamos fazer o check out de modo a aproveitarem se de nós e a cobrar nos mais uma noite. Muito mau da parte do hotel.

Ein harmonischer Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis.
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- immer verfügbar, aber nie aufdringlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und deshalb immer alles frisch. Außerdem gab es richtig gute Pommes Frites zum Frühstück- lecker.

Cons:

Zemin kattaki oda çok gürültülüydü. Lobideki konuşmalar hatta asansör sesi bile duyuluyordu. Oda direkt karşıdaki otelin girişine, klima motoruna ve yola bakıyordu. Geçen arabaların ve insanların gürültüsünden uyuyamadım.

سوء التعامل من موظف الاستقبال عند مغادرتي حيث طلب مني المغادرة قبل الساعة 12 وقلت له ان سياسات المغادرة في الفندق 12 وقد تراجع بعد ان قلت انني سأكتب تعليق في البوكنق
