Absolutely nothing. This was a nightmare and a complete scam.
booked a "Deluxe Double Room with Balcony" at Guldehan Hotel, but they ran a bait-and-switch scam. They denied us entry and relocated us to a completely different, terrible property ("Taksim Unique Suite Ot") without any notice. The room was a disaster: dirty, clogged sink, broken furniture, a malfunctioning front door (major safety hazard), and no lock on the bathroom door. When Booking.com officially canceled our reservation free of charge due to their breach of contract, the staff became aggressive and literally extorted 60 EUR from us before we could leave. Do not book here!

Établissement très propre et entièrement rénové en retrait et à proximité direct de la rue Istiklal avec possibilité de visiter à pied.
Petit déjeuner inclus sous forme de buffet.
L’établissement a souhaité que je communique mes numéros bancaires pour le paiement alors que le celui ci me paraissait beaucoup plus fluide via booking.
Malgré un changement de chambre (car la première était à proximité direct de la porte d’entrée qui claque fort à chaque passage des clients), celle qui m’a été donnée était en sous sol et l’insonorisation avec l’étage n’y était pas du tout.

La chambre était propre, confortable avec de bon équipements.
Ce qu'on a apprécié le plus, c'est la présence de mr. Anas de la réception : il nous a aidédurant notre séjour en nous montrant plusieurs endroits à visiter. Un grand merci à lui.
Chambre avec une petite fenêtre, pas d'ascenseur mais mr. Anas nous a aider à faire monter et descendre nos valises.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas trop bon, peu varié et manque de fruits et yaourt.
Buona la posizione vicina a Piazza Taskim e alla metro. Comodo il letto e spaziosa la doccia.

Insonorizzazione molto scarsa , si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada, delle camere adiacenti e in particolare della ventola dei bagni delle altre camere.
Camera piccola e non di 20 mq come da descrizione.
Camera nel sottotetto con armadio molto piccolo, poco spazio per le valige e per appendere i vestiti.
Soffitto basso per cui non si poteva passare da un lato del letto.

The beds could be more confortables.
Локация находится рядом площадью таксим. Магазины и кафе рядом.
Мини отель в тихой улочке, практически на площади Таксим. Небольшие, но очень чистые, комфортные номера. Удивила и порадовала каждодневная уборка, идеально белые полотенца и постельное белье. Не первый раз в этом городе, и знаю проблему старых городов - сырость и плесень в санузлах и душевых. Так вот, здесь этой проблемы нет! В отеле есть русскоговорящий персонал. Ресепшн и завтрак располагаются в соседнем отеле, поэтому реально тихо и спокойно, ощущение что ты не в отеле, а в квартире. Кровать в номере действительно king-size и удобная. Могу без зазрения совести рекомендовать данный отель для проживания!!!
1. Достаточно тонкие потолки и стены, слышны шаги и разговоры гостей с верхнего этажа. Но это скорее особенность всего Стамбула, а не конкретного отеля. Глобально, нам это не мешало, спали мы крепко.
2. У нас был номер на 2 этаже с балконом. Вид из балкона на внутренний дворик, где справа заброшенное здание, слева и спереди захламленные балконы местных жителей. Думаю, в летний период этот вид немного украшает огромное дерево и цветы во дворе, но мы были в октябре.
