Este foarte aproape de bazar, restaurante și Marea Marmara
Micul dejun slăbuț
Camera are nevoie de destule îmbunătățiri. În poze arată mult mai bine decât în realitate. La baie am avut probleme cu dușul: suportul și mânerul erau șubrede, iar la un moment dat am rămas cu mânerul robinetului în mână. Oricum, dușul propriu-zis nu funcționa, doar para de duș, iar reglajul era deteriorat și plin de urme de uzură.
În cameră se simțea destul de puternic miros de țigară venit din camerele vecine. Personalul ne-a schimbat camera pentru a putea folosi dușul, însă și cea de-a doua cameră avea nevoie de renovare și întreținere.
Micul dejun a fost identic în fiecare zi și am observat că unele produse rămase de pe o zi pe alta erau păstrate în restaurant, acoperite peste noapte.
În prima zi, liftul s-a blocat de câteva ori cu noi în el pentru câteva minute. Când am semnalat problema, ni s-a spus că „mai face așa” și că trebuie resetat.
Există parcare gratuită, ceea ce este un plus, însă locurile sunt puține și a trebuit să mutăm mașina de multe ori pe parcursul zilei.
Per total, experiența nu a fost cea pe care o așteptam, iar proprietatea ar avea nevoie de investiții și îmbunătățiri considerabile.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and good condition
Everyone was lovely at the hotel. The staff accommodated us. The breakfast was decent. The room service ladies were lovely and the location was a total of fifteen-minute uphill walk to the grand bazaar beyazit tram station.
The shower in one of our rooms didn't closely properly and the shower in the other room kind of had a tiny leak in the toilet.However , we could have fixed it , but we were to busy having fun outside of the hotel.
Досить зручне розташування . В номері була вода , чисті рушники, досить зручні ліжка . Смачні та достатні сніданки . Господарі дуже приємні та допомагали з усім . Були рушники, шампуні , гелі . Був холодильник і фен .
Але : Фото не відповідають дійсності. Дуже брудно і занедбано . Сам готель по дизайну гарний але в номері все брудне і зламане : штори , стіни , вікна двері брудні , на вулиці біля готелю багато бруду та сміття. Дуже тісно . Кран раковини -зламаний , кришка унітазу -зламана , тримач для душу- зламаний, стеля в душі відпадає.

Rue très bruyante la nuit difficile à dormir
Nous sommes partis tôt le matin. Le propriétaire nous avait proposé de préparer des sandwiches pour remplacer le petit déjeuner et malheureusement à l’heure du départ pas de sandwich.
Mais c’est un détail
Camere frumoase, primitoare, personal foarte amabil și faptul ca oferă parcare gratuită.
Lenjerii curate, prosoape schimbate zilnic, paturi foarte confortabile.
Amplasarea, se ajunge cam greu la proprietate, străduțele de lângă foarte înguste. Nu a funcționat frigiderul, deși aveam cartela introdusă, dusul era degradat foarte tare, recomand schimbarea urgentă a sistemului.
Location was great and so was staff. Layout was awesome but some minor way to fix things were broken. Toilet seat was literally not attached and the sink faucet was barely attached. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Good location, very handy for Kimikapi station and access to all areas of the city and lots of restaurants nearby. It's also close to the sea and easy to walk along the old rail line.
The Turkish dishes on offer at breakfast time were delicious and plentiful; they were mostly home cooked, however on our first morning there were no plates on display and no staff to help us find them; happily this changed for the rest of our stay.
Our room was 3rd floor Basic and lived up to its name. The toilet seat was broken prior to arrival and was fixed on our request, but there's a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom that's most likely from the drains which almost certainly needs some work to rectify.
Everything here is basic and needs a bit of attention. There's so much potential here with a little investment, lick of paint, new furniture etc it could be greatly improved.
The bed was reasonably comfortable but the linen was the wrong size for the bed.
The shower worked, but it's set for people around 5ft 6ins or less and not easy to change that!
Honestly, this hotel far exceeded our expectations, especially given its location in the middle of such a busy area. Before arriving, I thought it was going to be just another cramped hotel hidden inside the busy streets of Kumkapi. Instead, it feels completely carved out from the chaos. It offers a beautiful sea view, and the metro is just seconds away. I would give the location a 20 out of 10 if I could! The facilities are excellent, the amazing view is wonderful, and the staff is great and You can reach all the Istanbul attraction by walking (need some efforts) even by metro and taxi
he only issue we had was that the AC is located right at the entrance. Ideally, they should have installed separate units in the individual rooms. On a positive note, breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, which worked well for us. Since we had to leave for the airport early, the host kindly provided us with packed sandwiches to go, which was a wonderful gesture!"
