Basic, clean. Know the Accor brand.
Pros:

Front desk staff was helpful and nice.
Hired transport thru them; driver was nice and helpful.
Decent selection at breakfast.

Cons:

One of the workers at breakfast appeared to have a cold (sneezing, wiping nose); didnt wash his hands on 2 separate occasions (he was handling the cups, dishes etc).
