Poor experience, especially for elderly guests
Cons:

My parents stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next day. They are elderly and both have health issues, including mobility problems, so they always need wheelchair assistance.
I contacted the hotel before their arrival and specifically asked for a room suitable for elderly guests with minimal physical effort. The hotel accepted the request, but unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing.
They were given a room on the 4th floor, and no one from the staff helped them with their luggage, which was extremely difficult for both of them. They also asked if they could have breakfast just 10 minutes earlier because of their 10:30 AM flight, but the staff refused.
This was a poor experience and a big red flag for elderly travellers or anyone needing extra care. We will not use this hotel again. There are many better options near Istanbul Airport.

Near to airport . Also was a quiet place. Middle of nowhere in a small village .

Pros:

Reception staff was friendly prompt and professional.

Cons:

The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning worked very poorly. We got little sleep due to the uncomfortable temperature. We were tired from long travel so ate at the hotel restaurant. It was very expensive and mediocre.

Traten de tener películas en los idiomas que quieren los huéspedes.
Pros:

Ambiente agradable, no tenía fumadores al lado.

Cons:

No tienen WiFi en los televisores, un extranjero quiere ver películas en su idioma y no puedes acceder ni a Netflix y tampoco a YouTube, por lo demás estuvo bien, aunque pedí una cama amplia me dieron habitación con 2 camas personales, en fin, pude descansar bien.
