Right location and very nice accommodation.
Pros:

Location, cleaning personal staff who were very kind and attentive to our needs.

Cons:

The reception and restaurant personal who never arranged our needs as clients. First, our air conditioning wasn’t working the first night. So I asked the reception desk to turn this system on and she didn’t do it and we had a very bad night then because of the hight temperature of the room (we were at the 8th floor and this floor was generally very warm for the season). Second, we asked kindly to have the chance to have breakfast some minutes before schedule (7:30) but the reception personal refused this request. We asked this because our travel agency picked us up at 7:30 to carry us to Ephesus and Pamukkale. All this in the second and third day of our stay (5 days in total).

Cons:

Séjour assez décevant. Les équipements et la propreté laissent à désirer et le confort est très moyen. De plus, il manquait du papier toilette et malgré plusieurs demandes, nous n’avons jamais reçu le café demandé. Dommage, car l’emplacement est correct, mais le service devrait vraiment être amélioré.

Sehr empfehlenswert – sauber, gemütlich und ideal auch für mehrere Personen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Ein Seifenspender hat gefehlt, allerdings wurde das gut mit Kernseife gelöst.

Cons:

Pozdní čas podávání snídaně! Nelze hodnotit kvalitu snídaně. Snídaně byla podávána až v 07:30, což je příliš pozdě. Pokud vám začíná jednání v běžnou pracovní dobu, rozhodně tak pozdě podávanou snídani nemůžete stihnout. Nabízená náhrada (připravený balíček = malá baletka s rajčaty a plátkem sýru + malý nápoj) rozhodně neodpovídá ceně ani kvalitě. Navíc si balíček už nelze objednat odpoledne na druhý den.Běžně hotely nabízí snídani od 06:30, nejpozději od 07:00!
