Pros:

We came only for 1night before the boat vacay, but our stay was nice. I liked the location, studio was great, sea view in the morning was amazing and next day we only crossed the road and entered the boat 👌

Уютные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Удачное для нас расположение и очень красивый вид из окна в гостиной.

Cons:

Лифт работал довольно плохо, мы им пользовались два раза, и на второй раз он останавливался между этажами почти на пол минуты и вообще еле ехал. При выезде утром в итоге тащили чемоданы с 4 этажа, тк боялись застрять и опоздать.
Также стулья на балконе жестковаты, при том, что вся мебель в апартаментах вполне комфортная.
Кроме этих двух моментов все понравилось

Gave us the wrong room which was missing a bed so had to tell the guy to give us the right room. Room was missing toiletries which were meant to be provided. Room was missing an iron so asked the receptionist who couldn’t find it so he said he’d come to our room to give it once the cleaner tells him where it is. He didn’t give it so next morning asked again to which he said he still hasn’t found it so we never ended up getting it. There was no hot water of which i informed him about during the night and once again in the morning which he came to fix only 1 hour before checkout time. Overall very poor experience.

HOTEL IS UNSAFE AT NIGHT NO MANNED RECEPTION AND POOR MANAGEMENT

Safety aspect. the reception is unmanned at night so anybody can walk into the building putting guests at risks, which is exactly what happened to us 2 ladies during the early evening there were 3 men outside our door trying to get into the room with a key when that failed they started kicking and banging the door whilst shouting at us to open the door, through the door keyhole we could see one of them drinking beer from a bottle this episode carried on for over 20 minutes it hen went quiet we were in fear .

I called down to reception mobile phone to come up to the room I explained to the young inexperienced man what had happened, he did not know what to say or do so he called his manager who told him he will look at the security camera footage and come back to him it we were later informed that on the floor below us were 5 Russian men guests and that they may have made a mistake by coming up to our floor as there was a lady in their room whom they thought was us.

All unsatisfactory as we felt at risk and unable to sleep that night, prior to the above incident I had enquired with the young man whether we could have a late checkout and what the procedure was for the hotel to enable this he asked what time we wanted to check out I told him 3pm he said there was no procedure and that time would be fine he said he would inform his colleagues of the conversation and all would be fine.

The next morning the Manager was back on duty we heard nothing from him regarding the incident with the men the previous night instead he messaged and called me asking when we were checking out I informed him of the conversation with his colleague he checked it out with him came back to me to say his colleague should not have agreed a late checkout and that we needed to leave before 2pm, We then checked out at 1.15pm totally dissatisfied with the way in which we had been treated by the hotel and its management, my advice to women travelling alone is DO NOT use this hotel as its UNSAFE
