The room was outdated. The lamp fell off and nobody came to fix it. The mirror light wasn’t working and AC didn’t a have a middle mode: it was either super cold and loud or was just blowing hot air. The hot water was off for few times and WiFi didn’t work one night completely. Breakfast was very average and the same every day. We stayed there for 8 nights and coming at 9 am for breakfast, the food was gone already and they barely refilled anything. The area of Fatih is very sketchy and I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. Area next to the sauna smelled like cigarettes and just didn’t go there after all.

A reggeli nagyon gyenge: nincs választék, műanyag pohár a kávénak, 3 nap nem volt üdítő, mert elfogyott, cappucino rossz. Omlettet, tojást ha kérsz pluszban fizetni kell. Koszos volt a reggeliző. A szobát 4 nap alatt egyszer sem takarították, de mèg a szemetet sem vitték el. Nem jó a szálloda környéke.

Odnosnie czystosci w pokoju- mielismy pelen smietnik po poprzednich gosciach-na samej gorze zuzyte podpaski-dla mnie bez wiekszego problemu, ale dla kobiety srednio przyjemnie. Widok z okna na slumsy, wiec caly czas zasloniete okna. Slabo wyciszone pokoje. Klimatyzacja z racji malego i szybko nagrzewajacego sie pokoju musi chodzic cala noc i jest glosna (dostajemy tylko jedna karte, wiec po wyjsciu z pokoju pradu nie ma i nic oczywiscie nie dziala) Okolica bardzo odstajaca standardem od hotelu- brzydko.

We stayed at this establishment for a period of 15 days with the legitimate expectation of enjoying infrastructure and service levels consistent with the 4-star rating advertised on Booking.com. Based on the historical reviews consulted prior to booking, a rigorous standard of quality was anticipated. However, the actual experience proved to be a complete deception, falling manifestly below the performance of several lower-category establishments (3 stars) regarding hygiene, management, and catering. This resulted in clear financial harm, as a premium rate was paid for services that were effectively non-existent.
Front Desk and Reception: The only area of the hotel operating at high professional standards. The reception team demonstrated an impeccable, courteous, and welcoming attitude throughout the entire stay — a 5-star service that contrasts sharply with the operational breakdown of the other departments.
Housekeeping and Room Hygiene: Although the room itself is comfortable, the housekeeping performance is unacceptable for 4-star hospitality. Over a prolonged 15-day period, bed sheets were replaced on merely 2 occasions, and solely upon our explicit request. Otherwise, staff limited themselves to making the bed superficially, with no vacuuming or floor washing ever performed. In the bathroom, besides towels being rationed to once every 3 days, there was a severe lack of sanitation, featuring visible dirt build-up and ingrained mold in the shower corners.
Catering and Breakfast Service: The breakfast service constitutes misleading advertising, completely diverging from the photographic records promoted by the hotel. The designated schedule ran from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, upon arriving in the dining room at a perfectly reasonable hour (between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM), food replenishment was practically non-existent. Offerings were reduced to scarce leftovers of bread, boiled eggs, and watermelon, with multiple days where the only available option was tea.
