Pros:

Rooms very clean. Breakfast. Staff .top excellent service given at all times. Staff went beyond to help us for anything. We looked after waiters by giving good tips .we appreciated much .they were really hard working and looking after us during our stay

We had an amazing time during our stay.
Pros:

It is new, well arranged and comfortable. Rooms were beautifully spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and of good quality and staff amazing!

La peor experiencia de vacaciones
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y está decorado con gusto, disfrutamos mucho la zona de la piscina. Cuenta con ventiladores en estas zonas, algo que se agradece con el calor y humedad que hace allí.

Queremos destacar especialmente el trato agradable de Selin y del chico de recepción, que fueron amables con nosotros durante la estancia.

Tienen 2x1 en cocktails de 18-20h.

La última noche nos dejaron una nota de despedida (y disculpas) con un desayuno para llevar al día siguiente porque teníamos un vuelo temprano.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia estuvo marcada por numerosos problemas, especialmente relacionados con la limpieza y la gestión de las incidencias. Al llegar, la habitación estaba sucia: encontramos pelos, el baño sucio y una mancha en la cama. Tuvimos que insistir varias veces ya que al volver a limpiarla lo que nos encontramos fue que dieron la vuelta a la manta de la cama en vez de limpiar, una vergüenza, hasta que finalmente nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, e incluso. Cuando nos cambiaron a otra habitación, el baño también estaba lleno de pelos, pero llegados a ese punto, por desesperación, decidimos no volver a decir nada.

La limpieza de las habitaciones se realiza demasiado tarde (de 14h a 16h) algo bastante incómodo para los huéspedes. Además, el extractor del baño hace muchísimo ruido y resulta muy molesto.

El desayuno no cambia apenas día a día, las opciones son todas turcas y pudimos observar que reutilizan la comida que sobra de los días anteriores . (En las fotos se puede comprobar que hay trozos diferentes de bizcochos, son las sobras de dos bizcochos enteros del día anterior, pero ojo! Al jefe no le supone un problema)

El último día surgió otro problema en el desayuno, con el zumo de naranja. Durante los días anteriores lo habíamos tomado todos los días, sin que nadie nos indicara que tuviera un coste adicional y, de repente, nos dijeron que ese día no había y si queríamos debíamos pagar 3 €. Cuando preguntamos, nos aseguraron que siempre había habido carteles informando del precio, algo que no es verdad, los carteles marcan los nombres de los alimentos.

Cuando fuimos a hablar con el jefe para aclarar la situación, sus respuestas se centraron en justificar lo ocurrido y defender que los carteles siempre habían estado allí, llegando incluso a mencionar y enseñas las cámaras (tratándonos de absolutos tontos, vaya).

Konumu elverişli küçük bir şehir oteli. Plaja 5 dakika, büyük Migros süpermarketine 10 dakika ve Alanyum alışveriş merkezine 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer yöne doğru 20 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle şehir merkezine, Alanya parkına ve limanına ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel, ilginç bir bohem tarzı iç mekana sahip, rahat bir atmosfere sahip. Odalar geniş ve aydınlık olup, ihtiyacınız olan her şeyle donatılmıştır (TV, kasa, saç kurutma makinesi vb.). Odalar günlük olarak temizlenmektedir. Otel personeli misafirperver ve güler yüzlü. Genç çift Selin ve eşine hoş karşılamaları ve olumlu yaklaşımları için teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Harika insanlar, çok özverili ve işlerini ciddiye alıyorlar. Ayrıca kahvaltı sırasında bizimle ilgilenen ve tercihlerimiz konusunda çok bilgili olan Sude'ye de teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Karşılaştığımız sorunları çözmemize yardımcı olan Sinem'e de teşekkür ederiz. Genel olarak, otelde keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık ve konaklamamız rahat geçti.

Cons:

Olumsuz tarafı ise şuydu: Başlangıçta bize duş kapısı eksik ve yatağın yanında kırık bir priz bulunan bir oda tahsis edildi, bu da bize biraz rahatsızlık verdi. Başka bir oda istedik ve personel sorunu çözmek için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Özellikle bunun için minnettarız. Cünkü hepimiz rahat bir şekilde dinlenmek istiyoruz.

A small hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly. It's clean. We really enjoyed it there.
Pros:

Service it was excellent, everyone was very nice and friendly. The pool is very nice place for relaxing. Definitely I recommend.

Cons:

Breakfast… It is not bad but very Turkish style, tooo much cheese and tooo much sweet.
