موقع استثنائي على البسفور، طاقم ودود، وأجواء تركية جميلة تبدأ من كوفي نيرو والحلويات التركية أسفل الفندق.. تجربة راقية ت
Pros:

فندق راقي ومناسب جداً لمحبي أجواء البسفور والحياة الهادئة الراقية في أورتاكوي.
الموقع يعتبر من أبرز مميزاته، قريب من مطاعم وكافيهات البسفور وإطلالته جميلة جداً خاصة بالليل. الطاقم ودود ومتعاون ويهتم براحة النزلاء بشكل واضح.

ومن الأشياء الجميلة أيضاً وجود Caffè Nero أسفل الفندق، بالإضافة لمحلات الحلويات التركية والشاي والقهوة التركية اللي تعطي المكان أجواء إسطنبول الحقيقية وتخليك تستمتع بدون الحاجة للتنقل كثير.

الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والفندق بشكل عام هادئ وفخم، ومناسب للأزواج والعائلات وحتى رحلات الاستجمام القصيرة.

ربما الاسعار وبالأخص خدمة الغرفة.

من اجمل الرحلات و أمتعها

كان الاستقبال رائع جدا و كان الموظفون من عند الباب يستقبولوني بلطف و ابتسامه وكانوا كلهم خدومين و يتكلموا اللغه الانجليزيه بطلاقه.
اللي استقبلني اسمه اورجان كان جدا لطيف و خدوم بشكل فاق توقعاتي يجاوبني على كل اسئلتي و موظف ثاني اسمه كريم كان دايما يساعدني.
طلبت تاكسي للمطار و كانو سريعين و وفرو لي سعر خاص.
الفندق امن وكله كاميرات و في منطقه مميزه جدا وجميع الأماكن بالقرب منه.
مكان الإفطار شكليا جميل لانه مطل ع البسفور لكن الخدمه لا.
يوجد كافيه في الفندق جدا جميل و كوزي قهوتهم لذيذه و يمكن الجلوس فيها براحه.

Cons:

لم يعجبني الإفطار كان غير منوع بالكامل و محصور على أكلات معينه و كان في مكان فالداخل ليس كباقي البوفيهات في الفنادق. و لا اعتبر سعره جيد مقابل الخدمه و الأكل و الحمدلله السعر غير شامل الغرفه. الخدمه لم تعجبني اضطررت ان انتظر من الموظف ان يأتي وكان يتجاهلني اغلب الوقت و لا يبتسم وكانّه مرغوم على خدمتي.
أطلاله الغرفه على المدينه و بعض الأحيان اسمع أصوات.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage, herzlichem Personal und einem Service, der von Herzen kommt wir kommen

Unser Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Ortaköy Bosphorus war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage ist perfekt wunderschön direkt am Bosporus, zentral und trotzdem sehr angenehm. Man erreicht viele schöne Orte schnell und fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Dogukan an der Rezeption aussprechen. Er war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch ein grosses Dankeschön an Görkem, der unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht hat und sich während unseres Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und herzlich um uns gekümmert hat. Solche Mitarbeitenden machen einen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders.

Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Der Service war top und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal hat alles dafür getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen.
