Normal, good if no better choice
Pros:

The staff and the location and fair view

Cons:

Very narrow entrance to the parking, no toothbrush available, nor tissue. Also the rooms sizes is small compared to the pictures. Also there is no Lobby in the hotel, and the reception is on 7th floor only. And only one elevator.

для одной ночи можно обойтись и номером без окна, но лучше взять номера чуть подороже

отличное расположение, свой паркинг, в шаговой доступности много кафе и магазинов.

Cons:

так как это был самый недорогой номер был без окна, были опасения хватит ли воздуха но вентиляция справилась хорошо.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay and would not choose this hotel again.

There were many inconveniences that made the experience uncomfortable. The electricity in the room only works when the key card is inserted, which means that when you leave the room, appliances such as the refrigerator stop working. Strangely, the kettle was placed on top of the fridge, which did not seem very practical.

The shower area has no proper separation, so every shower leaves the entire bathroom floor wet. I also asked for separate trash bags for the bathroom and the room. The staff said they would provide them, but they never did.

One of the biggest issues was the lighting at night. There were very bright lights coming from the TV and other devices. I never used the TV and asked if it could be turned off, but I was told this was not possible. As someone who is sensitive to light, especially while sleeping, this made the nights very unpleasant.

Housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it each time, which was inconvenient. Sound insulation is also poor, and noise from other rooms was frequently noticeable.

Pros:

The location is close to the city center by car, 5 minutes away.

Cons:

Overall, it was a bad experience. The room was not clean, and the shower was broken; once you took a shower, the water went everywhere. The room was in the basement. The staff was polite, but unfortunately, the overall experience was bad and not worth it.
