Благодарность за обслуживание и приветливость VUSAI, YASINу - отлично говорящему на русском.
Pros:

Расположен сравнительно недалеко от аэропорта, платила 15 Евро за проезд на такси. Единственное - рядом нет магазинов, кафе,идти до них метров 500. В отеле по меню можно заказать обед.

Clean and basic accomodation in a great location for the airport
Pros:

Very basic but clean apartment in a very convenient location for people that are just overnighting while they wait for their next connecting flight. 15/20 minutes from the airport, which is great (the city centre is an hour or more). Nice and friendly staff. Interesting mosque in the area.

Cons:

There’s a restaurant in the hotel and food is good, but it’s massively overpriced. If you go outside and walk towards the mosque you’ll find plenty of options with the same food at half the price.

Pros:

The room was very clean and well equipped. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room is not insulated well. You will hear the voices of people in other rooms and also those talking in the lobby. The worst part is, however, the mosque in front of the hotel. Prayer call around 4:00 AM is so loud that is impossible to sleep. So sleep quality is very poor.

Passport data breach and unprofessional staff behavior.
Cons:

The hotel's transfer coordinator at the airport secretly took a photo of my passport on his personal phone. When I arrived at the hotel and demanded they call the police, the staff staged a fake call: they dialed a number on their phone, handed it to me, and said "This is the police, talk, they are coming." No police ever arrived. I was lied to for hours with "they will be here in an hour," while the staff smirked and eventually laughed when I protested. This is a severe violation of privacy and negligent behavior by the management.

Bohužel s ubytováním nemám dobrou zkušenost. Personál působil velmi odměřeně a nebyl příliš ochotný řešit vzniklé problémy. Původně jsem dostal pokoj, který nebyl dobře utěsněný, profukovalo v něm a bylo mi chladno. Požádal jsem o výměnu pokoje, ale byl mi nabídnut pouze jiný pokoj za příplatek. Ani ten však nebyl o mnoho lepší. Za cenu ubytování bych očekával vstřícnější přístup personálu i vyšší komfort. Bohužel nemohu doporučit.

Great staff and customer service
Pros:

Helpful and attentive staff,
I booked this hotel for my mom and my friend’s parents.
From first day, I was able to communicate with them and reserve shuttle from airport to the hotel and back.
Also, there was something wrong with my mom’s luggage lock that she couldn’t open her luggage. The hotel staff assisted her and they brought technicians to open her luggage. They went over and beyond. The gentleman (Emir) who I was in touch, made sure everything is okay with my mom’s stay and I appreciate his fantastic customer service.
Definitely recommend this hotel. Stellar staff ✨
