Pros:

Топ за свои деньги: в номере убирали каждый день, завтрак не большой, но хватает полностью, расположена почти на Истикляль, площадь таксис в пару минутах, до голубой Мечети можно дойти пешком, все достопримечательности основные в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Если ехать не недостатки искать, то отель стоит своих денег.

El desayuno muy bien, ensaladas, queso, fiambre, cafe, te... bastante completo. La ubicación excelente a solo 200 metros de la calle Istikal y muy cerca de la plaza Taskim.

Cons:

Que el ascensor esté en el primer piso, para acceder al mismo debes subir un piso mediante escaleras. Otra cosa a mejorar sería la hora del check in, antes de las 14:00

Pros:

Завтрак за эти деньги хороший,но не путать хороший и за эти деньги хороший,в номере чисто,каждый день убирают и добавляют бесплатно воду в бутылках

Cons:

Ночью спать невозможно шум адский до утра,сантехника сломана,ступеньки узкие и очень неудобные для подьема,а лифт начинается только со второго этажа

Good hotel in a lovely area, just don't believe everything the online description says.
Pros:

The location was ideal from my point of view with numerous bars and restaurants in the road opposite the hotel and only a short walk from the Besiktas Stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The facilities listed on the Booking.com website state: 'Dining and Leisure: The family-friendly restaurant serves Turkish cuisine with halal options. Guests can enjoy a bar, coffee shop, and outdoor seating area. Additional amenities include a terrace, patio, and garden views.' I guess the breakfast area could double as a restaurant although only breakfast was offered. There was no bar although the area itself is full of bars. A bar and a restaurant were facility that attracted me to the Mayza Otel and the lack was a disappointment but did not stop me enjoying my stay there.
