Beautiful place
Pros:

The ambiance, the infrastructure is beautiful, decorations, and the restaurant (including personnel) are great.
Location is also a highlight

Cons:

Beds were extremely soft, couldn't sleep well (pillows also very bad).
The door knob wasn't working from the inside (we had to use a key every time we wanted to go out from our bedroom) and fixtures on the shower were lose (we had to have the shower in one hand to use it).
We told about this issues the minute we arrive, they said they would fix it, but didn't.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped arrange all tours for our stay and arranged all shuttle services to and from the airport.
The location was close to the old town and the restaurants were all in walking distance. The terrance had a wonderful view of the town and could easily see the balloons flying in the morning. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The Tuma restaurant, located on the terrance of the hotel, had delicious food and the service was amazing.

Pros:

Our stay at Peruna Cave was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The Manager and all the Staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, organizing our airport transfers and booking our hot air balloon experience with ease.
We stayed in the Junior Suite with a private terrace and jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful town of Göreme. The cave room was beautifully designed, full of character, cozy, and a truly unique experience. Waking up to those incredible views felt magical.
The on-site restaurant was another highlight, offering breathtaking views and delicious food. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, a full Turkish breakfast with a fantastic variety of fresh and thoughtfully prepared dishes.
Peruna Cave exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, and unforgettable experience. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this is a must-stay. We can't wait to come back!

An absolutely incredible hotel with wonderful staff who warmly welcome you, even late at night.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, beautiful, and designed in the unique style of Cappadocia. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented — truly exquisite!

The views from the terrace are breathtaking both during the day and at night. If you want to watch the hot air balloons, this is a fantastic place to do it — you can see them beautifully from the terrace.

We also received lovely little souvenirs in the form of magnets when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We are travelling by car all around Turkey, and this is definitely not our first hotel. But it is the first one where absolutely everything was perfect!

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. ❤️

Pros:

Terraces were nice. Rooms were big enough.

Cons:

We had three rooms. Bathroom door did not lock in one of the rooms. Another bathroom did not have anything to hang towels or clothes on. Worst thing was that you cannot flush toilet paper and instead you have to put in a bin which is disgusting and I have never had to do that ever before.

这家洞穴酒店的地理位置非常便捷，在到处都需要爬坡的格雷梅小镇竟然不怎么用爬坡，很方便！我们与酒店员工的沟通也非常愉快，他们非常热情地欢迎了我们，并且在我临时订接机服务的时候给予了快速有效的响应。入住后，又为我们详细地介绍了游览项目，非常感谢工作人员！以及，酒店的景观特别漂亮，在晚上的时候可以于高处俯瞰格雷梅夜景；房间内部空间大，且很通风～总之，如果有机会再来卡帕，我依然会选择这家酒店。

Romantic, stunning Cave bedroom in the heart of Cappadocia!
Pros:

We loved this Cave Hotel. It was our second visit to Göreme and we had the best time.
The hotel is conveniently situated very close to town and all the restaurants.
The hotel's restaurant is super.
Staff friendly and helpful.
It was our wedding a anniversary and the staff decorated our beautiful bedroom with rose petals and balloons.
So kind!

Cons:

We would have liked a terrace decorated with Persian carpets and cushions like most of those Cave Hotels have on their premises.
Maybe management can create something like that....?
