I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient proximity to the VFS Global application centre to collect my Lithuanian residence permit, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comfortable. A special commendation goes to the front desk team Mahmood, Mustafa, and Sahra for their outstanding professionalism, warm hospitality, and helpful attitude throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area

Pros:

Raport excelent calitate-preț. Camerele erau curate, cu servicii zilnice de curățenie și apă, cafea și ceai oferite gratuit. Personalul de la recepție a fost foarte prietenos și amabil, oferind indicații utile. Recomand, locația este aproape de mijloacele de transport în comun.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was very noisy at all times, and I was unable to sleep properly. My visit to Istanbul was for medical tourism, so I really needed a quiet and comfortable place to rest. However, I did not feel rested at all during my stay.

Most of the noise came from the family staying in the neighboring room, as well as from the street outside. I also believe that the rooms may not have sufficient soundproofing.

Since I was unwell during my stay, I was unable to change hotels, which made the situation even more difficult.

Additionally, the TV in our room was somewhat difficult to use, especially the remote control.
