The staff were very kind and helpful.

The location of the property was in a poor area and the alleys were steep and made it very difficult to walk to Taksim square.

We really enjoyed our stay at Meridiani Taksim,everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Special thanks to Mahmood at reception, really professional and welcoming, he made our stay even better. Overall a great experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Hotel pulito con personale accogliente
Pros:

Hotel molto carino e pulito. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno e, nonostante il cartello dicesse cambio tovaglie ogni 2 giorni, a noi le cambiavano ogni giorno.
Nella hall trovavamo sempre té e caffè gratis, e in camera ogni giorno ci lasciavano l’acqua.
È a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza Taksim, in salita come del resto tutta Istanbul. La zona di notte non è bellissima, ma in una settimana non ci siamo mai sentiti importunati.
Un grazie speciale a Mahmut e Asaf per la loro disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia. Grazie ragazzi, a presto!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel in Istanbul. The value for money is excellent, and the location is very central, just a short distance from Taksim Square.

The only small downside is that reaching the bus stop requires about a 10-minute walk, including a fairly steep uphill climb. Apart from that, everything was outstanding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished, the breakfast was good, and the housekeeping service was excellent.

A special mention goes to the reception staff. Mahmoud and Asaf do an outstanding job! They are incredibly friendly, always helpful, and genuinely care about their guests. Every morning, they greeted us with a smile and were wonderful to talk to. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
