Pros:

Το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικό. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και τα δωματια άνετα και καθαρα. Για την πλατεια ταξιμ χρειαζεται περίπου 15 λεπτά ετοιμάσου ομως για ανηφόρες και κατηφόρες.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, very considerate and helpful - going beyond reasonable to meet our needs.

The room service, towels and bed linen changing definitely exceeded an ordinary 3 star hotel.

Interiors, amenities and toiletries - even if of lower budget ranges, displayed good taste and attention to details .

Nice mattress, clean sheets.

+++ excellent soundproofing! Even if on a busy street, no noise from outside or from next rooms - something to really appreciate in Istanbul.

Decent breakfast, served with warmth and consideration

But maybe most important: price/value - the best possible!!

Cons:

Nothing that really matters. The lower floor rooms are pretty dark and a little claustrophobic - you may need to check when booking if you're comfortable with that. But you don't go to Istanbul to spend your day inside.

Mosquitoes despite window screens - not many, nor dangerous.

To walk to Taksim square is interesting and gets the breath out of you, but it's worth the effort. Great food and atmosphere in Taksim, easy to get everywhere - istiklal is there - to the airport as well.

Breakfast is fairly repetitive from day to day, with the exception of some nice variation in desserts. But after all, it’s only breakfast.

And the wifi is pretty OK but not truly reliable if you need it for virtual calls and meetings.

An amazing hotel with exceptional service that made my parents' trip unforgettable.
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! My parents stayed here for their trip, and they had a wonderful experience. The hotel provided the best service and top-notch hospitality. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was excellent for them.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was great!

Above and beyond
Pros:

Mahmoud at the reception is outstanding and extremely helpful. Above and beyond. The hotel location is good and close to Istiklal Rd. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff all in all are wonderful but Mahmoud is a different story; a positive one.

عموما تجربه جميله و من افضل النزل التي زرتها في مستوه
Pros:

نظافه الغرف والعزل الصوتي ومساحتها الجيده بالنسبه لثلاثه اشخاص وطريقه تعامل اعوان الاستقبال فهم محترفون يقومون دائما بمساعدتك باي طريقه ممكنه فهم يحرصون على جميع النقاط الصغيرة وانصح به الشباب و المتزوجين لانه قريب من شارع الاستقلال( 600 متر) تقريب

هناك بعض النقائص في فطور الصباح عليهم تحسينها هي النقطة الاضعف في هذا النزل لكن لا انصح به كبار السن لان هناك مرتفع عليهم صعوده لوصول المواصلات المترو و الحفلات و شارع الاستقلال لكن هناك محطة في المنخفض لكن وجهاتها محدودة

Für den Preis in Ordnung

Es sah aus als wäre es sauber

Cons:

Als wir eincheckten und zwei Zimmer im Keller bekamen, dachte ich mir blöd gelaufen, jedoch habe ich mich angepasst. Keinerlei Tageslicht oder frische Luft, ausser man öffnet das Fenster zur befahrenen Straße, was kaut war. Größtes Problem waren die Mücken, die sich im Keller bequem gemacht haben und mich in einer Nacht nur 9x gestochen haben. Die Wände waren so dünn, dass wir jede Diskussion und jeden Streit des Zimmernachbarn gehört haben. Die Putzkraft ist in der Früh ziemlich laut. Jedes Mal wenn die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde, entdeckte ich neue braune Flecken. Ich weiß nicht, ob hier alles hygienisch gewechselt wird… Lage war an Sich gut, sehr nah an Taksim und Bushaltestellen. Klimaanlage war immer zu kalt.

Für den Preis in Ordnung, würde ich in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen, vorallem nicht wenn man Zimmer im Keller bekommt. Personal freundlich.
