Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está a poco minutos de la Mezquita azul. Teníamos una habitación cuádruple superior que era muy amplia y silenciosa. Las instalaciones limpias y las camas muy cómodas. El bufet de desayuno variado que incluye también preparación a petición de omelet y Crêpes. Todo el personal muy amable. Queríamos destacar la amabilidad y el servicio de Ahmed todas las mañanas en el desayuno. Un hotel 100% recomendable.

Cons:

Aunque hemos pensado pero no hemos encontrado ningún punto negativo.

A Fantastic Family Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

We recently returned from a highly successful family trip to Istanbul, and the Kate Hotel Special Class & SPA was the perfect base. We booked two rooms for our family of five—a double for my senior parents and a triple for us 3. The accommodations met all our needs perfectly.

The hotel management ought to be congratulated for running such a superb establishment. The cleanliness was impeccable; rooms were cleaned daily, beds freshly made, and towels changed without fail. The daily breakfast was also very good, providing a solid start to our busy days.

I cannot stress enough how genuinely nice and welcoming the staff are. From the warm reception at the front desk to the restaurant staff, the hospitality was a true highlight. The location is truly fantastic, 5 min walk from the Hagia Sophia and it is literally surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Cons:

However, as constructive feedback, I must point out one unpleasant incident. We returned to the hotel around noon one day so my parents could rest. An older female cleaning staff member knocked to clean the room. Seeing my folks resting, she repeatedly tapped her watch and acted quite impatient and rude. (The room was eventually cleaned when we returned in the evening, but her behavior was disappointing compared to the stellar service from everyone else.)

La ubicación era bastante cómoda y el alojamiento cumplía con lo básico para una estancia corta. El proceso de entrada fue sencillo.

La estancia fue correcta, aunque había algunos aspectos mejorables. La limpieza y el mantenimiento podrían cuidarse más y, en general, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia algo más cómoda. El desayuno tampoco nos pareció demasiado adecuado, ya que consideramos que podría ser más completo y estar mejor cuidado. En España sería un hotel de 3 estrellas.

Lo staff è molto gentile , cosi come il Direttore che, peraltro, ha fatto amicizia con mio figlio Andrea ed è stato molto gentile anche nel farci vedere la partita di Champions (Como vs Lipsia).
La struttura è in posizione perfetta , a pochi passi dalla Moschea Blu , Santa Sofia, Gran Bazar etc
