Megfelelt az elvártaknak
Pros:

nagyon kedves a személyzet, angolul is jól beszélnek. Ez tetszett a legjobban.

Cons:

a szobához tartozó másik helyiség valójában nem használható arra a célra amilyen a kialakítása, számomra nem emelte az értéket de van biztos akinek pont ilyenre van szüksége.

Excellent location with professional and friendly staff with unfortunately a few bumps in our stay
Pros:

Absolutely excellent location. Right in the centre of all the major landmarks with only a short walking distance away. A nearby tramline (T1) that takes you to most of the bosphorous cruises or ferry excursions. The staff were very friendly and professional and even packed us a lunch as we wouldn’t have had time for breakfast before we left which I thought was very nice! The room itself was spacious enough for the 3 of us with good ventilation and AC. They had a nice bakery section for breakfast with croissants/pain au chocolat and cakes.

Cons:

There was a light next to the TV that would always randomly turn on by itself at night even when we turned all lights off which was rather annoying and unfortunately staff couldn’t fix it. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was empty the entire stay (4 nights). I did ask for a refill after 2 as I thought they would have filled it with housekeeping but only the shower gel was refilled. The WiFi is quite slow so used my data majority of the time. Breakfast also did not have a large variety. There were more cheeses than anything else.

Obviously this was my own experience and unfortunately there was a few more downsides than I hoped.

Von der Lage absolut 5 Sterne.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend. Frühstück war OK, jedoch wusste der Angestellte nicht wie Spiegeleier gemacht werden.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum befand sich im Untergeschoss, kein Blick nach außen. Der Angestellte wußte nicht wie Spiegeleier gemacht werden.

Pros:

Staff professionalism and services Location is good.

Cons:

Room size small . Hotel looks old...shower pressure is weak...and water splatter over when washing. We stay on second floor and it is extremely noisy and air con is weak

Super zentrales, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist war recht groß und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

Es war sehr zentral, sehr sauber, und sehr freundliches Personal.
Vorallem veysal und Ahmed waren sehr zuvorkommend, sie haben immer geholfen und den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

I recommend this hotel for its convenience to attractions.
Pros:

The breakfast surpassed expectations, location was excellent within short walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Grand Bazaar.
The staff were very helpful and we were allowed into our room at 9am which is unheard of normally.

Everything was great
