Tek bir süpheniz olmasın.
Pros:

Tesiste hiç mağduriyet yaşamadım ayrıca o kadar ilgili ve güzel insanlardı kesinlikle şüpheniz olmasın fotograflarda ne görüyorsanız o kesinlikle eksi yanı yok
Aracınız yoksa bile toplu taşıma ile çok kolay bi sekilde merkeze gidebilirsiniz özllikle resepsiyondaki beyfendi aşırı ilgili anlayışlı ve müşteri memnuniyeti ön planda bir çalışma stratejileri var her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum 😇😌

Pros:

Personel bardzo miły, śniadania bardzo dobre ,świetna baza wypadowa do wielu miejsc w Kapadocji.
Jak ktoś ma słaby sen to lepiej żeby wybrał pokój de lux ,w pokoju w jaskini bardzo słychać nawolywanie do modlitwy z meczetu o 4 nad ranem oraz wszystko co się dzieje na zewnątrz.

Lugar original y con estilo
Pros:

Desayuno abundante y con vistas al valle incluido. Hotel propiedad de una familia, con 8 habitaciones muy originales y tipicas (4 con jacuzzi y 4 simples). La atencion fue muy buena y nos aconsejaron y ayudaron con todas las dudas. Si quieres te buscan excursion en globo o entradas al mejor precio.

Cons:

El colchon le hace falta un cambio (muy blando) y el baño es tipico otomano. La ducha no tiene mampara y el suelo se llena de agua.

Pros:

Stanza, Jacuzzi, quiete, colazione, cortesia del personale. Deumidificatore utile nelle camere scavate nella roccia.

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio interno da rivedere (rubinetti). Le stanze non venivano pulite tutti i giorni. Materassi (ma sono gusti personali). Necessaria la macchina.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos e o café da manhã é farto e delicioso!

Poor service standards and poor staff attitude.
Pros:

Met the needs of somewhere to stay. Nice large room.

Cons:

Check in was unwelcoming and failed to provide certain info that would be useful during the stay: ie rooms are not serviced daily, no tea/coffee replenished, toilet waste bin not emptied. On enquiring the following day i was told “This is not a 5 star hotel”. On checking out at 0745am… all of reception was locked up. No information provided on checking out and times the reception would be open…. Poor communication from the reception and no information provided in the room.
