Nice location
Pros:

The location is very good.
The hotel is new

Cons:

The car can’t stop in front of the hotel so you need either arrange with hotel to send the porter to wait for you at the street to help you with luggage or you take the luggage to hotel and it is not easy especially if you have many bags.

Check in took very long time and justification was we have three check in.

Отличное расположение, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Хорошая большая кровать, нормально работающий кондиционер. Персонал отличный, доброжелательный и всегда готовы помочь.

Cons:

Завтрак очень скудный для отеля 5 звезд, не меняется, на третий день уже надоели все блюда. Кофе не очень вкусный. В соседнем здании ремонт, шумные работы делают допоздна.

A perfect stay from start to finish..
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine hospitality. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and exceptionally clean.
Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout my stay.

What truly stood out was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. Their attention to detail made the stay feel special.

Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a wide and delicious selection. A special thank you to Yasemin for her warm, attentive, and consistently 5-star service. She truly went above and beyond.

I would also like to recognise Mustafa, whose exceptional professionalism and friendly approach made every morning/day even more enjoyable. Both of them are a credit to the hotel.

Overall, a flawless 5-star hotel experience.
