Отличный отель, мы остались довольны. В день заселения я оставила свой телефон в трансфере, и три сотрудника ресепшена помогали мне его вернуть, спасибо им огромное, никто не был равнодушным! К отелю не относится, но отдельно хочу сказать спасибо турецкой полиции, никогда бы не подумала что мой вопрос с телефоном будут решать 10 полицейских, и буквально через час телефон был уже у меня. 😂 Также любая проблема: сломался телевизор, нужен утюг, дополнительные тапочки, все быстро решалось. Убирали каждый день и очень чисто! Завтраки отличные, все очень вкусно! Отдельное спасибо повару Сьюзи. Расположение нам тоже очень понравилось, никаких проблем с транспортом, иногда он даже нам не требовался и мы гуляли пешком до исторических мест. В общем рекомендую, соотношение цена/качество достойное!

Very good which can be exceptional with a little effort.
Pros:

Best location ever. Spotlessly clean. Kind staff but a little bit inexperienced.

Cons:

I booked the room for 4 people but the bathroom amenities was for 2 people.

Lovely boutique hotel, clean, friendly staff and great location.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful. Hotel was situated in a great location with the metro 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants on your door step. We were a 20 minute walk from the Fatih Mosque, which is a must visit.

Cons:

Breakfast, traditional breakfast was served and the selection was changed every day. The only downside was no fresh fruit, and when this was suggested to the kitchen staff , we were told yes, but in fact it was never served.

Pros:

Szálloda elhelyezkedése és lokációja nagyon jó. Nagyon közel van a T1 villamos, amivel könnyen eljuthatunk a város több pontjára. A tisztaság és takarítás illetve a fűtés rendben volt. Ahmed recepciós rendkívül figyelmes és segítőkész volt, az ott tartozkodásunkat nagyban segítette.

Cons:

Az elválasztó falak akusztikailag elfogadhatatlanok. A szomszédos szoba hajnali veszekedését, majd hangos tévézését kellett hajnali 2.00-4.00 között hallgatnunk, így nem tudtunk rendesen pihenni két napon keresztül. Reggeli egyhangú és az elfogyott ételek, italok nem kerültek pótlásra.
