Cons:

Ceck-în greoi, personalul nu cu am întâlnit în alte locații din Turcia. Am primit inițial o cheie, apoi a venit cineva și mi-a dat o altă cheie.
Lenjeria lasă de dorit.
Fire de păr prin pat.
Miros ciudat în cameră. Un frigider vechi care huryia și a trebuit să îl scot din priză să pot dormi.
Am stat două nopți, nu au schimbat prosoape care erau uzate uzate.

Cons:

İnternet üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlara göre telefonla daha yüksek fiyat verilmesi oldukça olumsuz bir durumdu ve güven açısından soru işareti oluşturdu. Ayrıca temizlik konusunda yeterli özenin gösterilmediğini düşündüm; odaların genel hijyen seviyesi beklentimin altındaydı. Bunun yanında odadaki klimanın çalışmaması ve bakım eksikliklerinin hissedilmesi konaklamayı daha da olumsuz etkiledi. Bardzo udany pobyt – hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania w stosunku do ceny i lokalizacji.
Pros:

Byłam w hotelu przez dwa tygodnie podczas pobytu w Stambule i ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona. W hotelowej restauracji było smacznie i niedrogo. Pokój był sprzątany na życzenie – o wszystko trzeba było poprosić, ale personel zawsze chętnie pomagał i nigdy nie odmawiał. Hotel znajduje się blisko przystanków metrobusu, sklepów i restauracji, co było dla mnie bardzo wygodne, choć jednocześnie jest dość daleko od centrum. Dla mnie najważniejsza była jednak bliskość uniwersytetu, dlatego lokalizacja spełniła moje oczekiwania. Personel był bardzo miły, mówił w kilku językach i był pomocny. Standard hotelu odbiega od typowych europejskich norm, ale w tej cenie było to całkowicie akceptowalne.

Cons:

Standard hotelu był niższy niż typowy europejski. Można byłoby wprowadzić regularne sprzątanie bez konieczności zgłaszania.

Mizerie multă.
Pros:

Arată bine pe dinafară, dar, pe interior în baie și deasupra la aerul condiționat este mucegai, în cameră și sub saltea gândaci de bucatarie, poziționată pentru nevoile mele.

Cons:

Curățenia lasă de dorit, mucegai, gândaci de bucătărie și miros urat.

Lenjeria de pat este foarte subțire(se vede salteaua prin ea) și de proasta calitate.

Not perfect, but good and fit to money you pay
Pros:

The location of hotel is perfect due to having access to metrobus station nearby. The expectation was in correspondence with the paid money and the room was clean. The staff was doing great.

Cons:

There was a loud noise of cars from windows.

Cons:

عندما عدت من جولتي الى الفندق في احد الايام وجدتهم قد اخذو غرفتي و اجّروها لاشخاص اخرين!
وقد كنت متعبا جدا في نهاية اليوم و جعلوني انتظر لمدة ساعة لحين توفير غرفة اخرى..
بالاضافة الى ان موظف الاستقبال لا اعرف اسمه ولكن شكله يشبه الافغان كان اسلوبه في التعامل وقح و غير محترم

وغيرها من الاشياء ….
