The staff there are so welcoming and helpful, we were scammed with another company for the hot air balloons and they went out of their way to ensure we got booked. I am forever grateful for such an amazing experience, I wish I stayed longer and cannot wait to go back! There are not enough stars to rate this incredible, beautiful hostile. ❤️

私が滞在中は気球は飛ばずみることは出来なかったですがバルコニーからの景色は素晴らしいので天気の良い日に当たればめっちゃいい場所で観れると思います！

Pros:

El hostel es centrico, no muy arriba, lo que es bueno porque todo es subiendo y bajando. Tiene un desayuno excelente, variado. Si bien no tienen cocina para huespedes, pregunte y me dejaban usar el microondas, o me daban agua caliente si necesitaba. Tiene a disposicion te y cafe. Tiene buenas vistas.

Cons:

La verdad que todo fue perfecto, solo sugeriria mejorar la limpieza en baños y habitaciones, mas en profundidad o mas seguido en el baño.
El baño compartido es mixto

Perfect location, 7min walking from the bus stop, start very helpfull, excelent breakfast. Shared room clean and cozy.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, pokoje w skale, super taras do oglądania balonów, bardzo dobre śniadania z wypiekanymi na bieżąco rogalikami i bułkami. Pomocny personel, warto wykupić wycieczki, bo współpracują z dobrym biurem turystycznym.

Cons:

Łazienka mocno zaniedbana, przy wannie i zlewie zbierała się ciągle woda, więc była pleśń. Sprzątanie w czasie pobytu polegało tylko na wymianie pościeli i ręczników, bez odkurzania, sprzątania łazienki czy mycia podłogi. Nasz pokój miał już najlepsze lata za sobą. Nie działał telewizor. W czerwcu działały kaloryfery, których nie dało się zakręcić, więc musieliśmy ciągle mieć włączoną klimatyzację, a i tak było dość ciepło.
