Not worth the money. Apartment is good but location and construction in tge street caused many problems.

It was clean overall with facilities that are basic.

Cons:

The location was very poor there was construction taking place in the street because of which there was a power outage for hours on one day of our stay. No lifts so we had to carry a lot of luggage and go up and down 4 floors everyday. Because of the construction one of the guests had an allergic reaction as it caused the dust in the balcony. The property owner seems to have taken guests that have completed their stay for granted as i tried to address these issues but I wasnt given the courtesy of a reply. I think they forget that they are representing their country and build an image of their country for tourists which did not go very well.

Pros:

The pictures are accurate. The apartment was nice and well equipped. On the other side of the street they're restructuring a building but the windows can keep you perfectly quiet from the noises. The apartment is in a very lively and residential block of the city, not in a touristic part. You can easily find excellent food, nice shops and you're close to the Feriköy market which is amazing. Emre is a good host, available for everything.

Cons:

The absence of product for house cleaning, for the dishwasher and washing machine. I could've probably asked for them but I just bought them.
The house was clean but not pristine honestly, they can do better on the cleaning.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut Anbindungen in alle Richtungen per Fußweg erreichbar. Host sehr bemüht Probleme schnell zu lösen.

Cons:

Die Grundsauberkeit der Unterkunft war nicht zufriedenstellend. Alles sehr verstaubt, Teller und Besteck schmutzig. Pölster und Decken verschmutzt. Balkontür defekt ging nicht richtig zu.

Ok for budget stay.
Pros:

I love the neighbourhood .. quiet at night time conpared to Cihangir area.

Cons:

The stairs, bot suitable for 60y/o people. The furniture was mostly worn out. The mattress were all sinking. Bathroom was dirty. Light were mostly not working. Wires exposed.
