Pros:

Location was perfect . Staff were exceptional and went out of the way to make you feel comfortable and look after your needs. Highly recommend.

الموقع في النهار جميل جدآ ولاكن في الليل قريب من الفندق اماكن سهر فيها صخب غير طبيعي مزعجة جدآ جدآ

Pros:

Nice and modern hotel, close to the Karaköy Pier and to the Galata bridge and neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the roof top bar, where we had breakfast, was beautiful.

Cons:

The streets behind the hotel are full with bars, clubs and restaurants and there is constant traffic in front of it. It can be noisy during the night.
In front of the hotel there is a docking area for cruise ships. When a ship is there, forget your sea view (which you may have paid extra for), you just see the ship. There was one such ship when we arrived but it left in a few hours, then another came during our third day there.
Neither of these two points are directly the fault of the hotel, but especially for the view, I think they should warn you before you select the premium rooms.

الفندق في موقع جميل وله إطلالة رائعة على البسفور.
موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين جداً وذو أخلاق عالية وخصوصاً الاخ عمر والاخ شنر.
لديهم مطعم يقدم الافطار مع اطلالة على البسفور.
يتميز الفندق بالنظافة والرائحة الجميلة.
وكذلك الاخ جعفر المسئول عن التنظيف وحمل الحقائب حسن التعامل والسرعه في الخدمة.

Pros:

Am fost sceptica la inceput daca sa aleg acest hotel sau nu din cauza review urilor negative. Hotelul este mic, camerele sunt mici, dar pentru 2-3 nopti este suficient. Prosoapele sunt curate, asternuturile de pat la fel.
In ceea ce priveste gălagia, da se aude dar trebuie inchise geamurile. Trebuie totusi sa intelegem ca suntem intr-o zona extrem de aglomerata si populata de baruri si restaurante.
Per total mi a placut si voi reveni. Terasa de la ultimul etaj foarte frumoasa. Hotelul este corect

Ideale Lage bei mittelmäßigem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Galataport und in der Bar- und Restaurantmeile von Karaköy. Sehr nahe der Altstadt. Straßenbahn - und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das geringe und immer selbe Frühstücksangebot. Die Größe der Zimmer.

Отличный,не большой отель.Все чисто,номер удобный.Приветливый персонал!Останавливались в отеле в месяц Рамадан,никакой музыки ночью слышно не было,все было тихо.Очень достойный отель,локация Мега удобная!!!

Pros:

Расположение отеля идеальное! Прямо на набережной Галатапорт. Приветливый персонал, особенно генеральный менеджер Омер. Решил проблему, возникшую при бронировании. Вкусный завтрак на террасе с видом на Босфор.

Cons:

Очень маленькая площадь номера. Спать ночью невозможно, рядом с отелем ночной клуб. Музыка орет до 3 утра!!! И нужно заменить полотенца, они серого цвета.
