Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Noch besser macht es der Hotel Manager Omer. Solch einen Service bekommt man selten! Sehr empfeh

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Von der freundlichen und aufmerksamen Betreuung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zum wunderschönen Ambiente war alles einfach stimmig. The hotel is comfortable, clean and the staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful, will not hesitate to stay there

It’s a brand new hotel with excellent working facilities, and positioned right next to the Bosphorus river, and there are several amenities such as restaurants and bars nearby and within a short walking distance to the retail complex and Galata Port, I booked into the corner suite room ( Known as the junior suite) and the view overlooking the Bosphorus river is breathtaking, the receptionist Cinar and Mehmet and another young looking gentleman whom I cannot remember his name where all helpful and responded to my enquiries with a great enthusiasm and urgency, the rest of the staffs, the porter/ cleaner, the restaurant attendant Yusuf and his colleagues provided a great service whenever I asked for an assistance, my time at the hotel was short but the quality of the service received was second to none.

Cons:

None to be precise apart from the size of the room which is a bit small but irrelevant if you are single, unless you are travelling as a couple.

Music noise from the bars and restaurants in the area can be very loud and disturbing at night if the windows are left open but the hotel is fitted with sound proof windows when closed.
