Ovo je moja druga poseta hotelu i sve je proslo u najboljem redu.Osoblje je ljubazno,posebno visoki decko na recepciji i devojka.Hotel je cist,udoban i na dobroj lokaciji.Preporuke☺️
THE LOCATION FOR ME WAS PARAMOUNT. THERE ARE LOTS OF SHOPS AND EATERIES AROUND AND VERY CLOSE TO METRO. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS FIRM.
THIS HOTEL ALSO ACTS AS A SHIPPING COMPANY AND EVERYDAY MANY LARGE PARCELS SCATTERED THROUGH THE LOBBY AND ALSO MY ROOM WAS NOT SOUND PROOF AND THE NOISE FROM THE OTHER GUESTS WERE VERY ANNOYING!
It’s near for every thing ( market and transportation),
staff helpful and good people.
The left some time not working,alot of people in the ground floor for cargo and at night not much quiet.
Price, the personel was ok
We rented 3 rooms in this hotel. The booking pictures told a story, but the hotel was another story. All the rooms were dirty (full of dust) and 2 of the 3 bathrooms had pee stains on the toilet, which was not cleaned before we got there. There were also stains on the sheets and on the mattress. The shower poured water from 4 different screws, but to our surprise, not the actual shower head. The walls were paper thick so we heard the baby next door as if he slept in our room. The shower was fixed the second day, but we couldn't use it the first night, so we were forced to shower in one of our friends bathroom. Not acceptable conditions for a 3-4 stars hotel in the middle of the city.
Also we had to ask for the remote for the AC for each room individually, and only the second day we received one.
I also have videos with the shower to show that it was not usable.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, there is everything you need for accommodation, good location, access to the main transport routes.
The staff was amazing. A special thank you to Yusuf for everything – you made me feel truly cared for. The two young men working there were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for the area. Their hospitality made a real difference in my stay. I can't wait to come back!

it is close to the city center, minutes distance walk to other famous places. Staff is nice and always at service. Hospitality on point.
