Stairs are too steep, but we got what we paid for. For budget hotel, I didn't expect escalators :)

I stayed three nights at the hotel. The room was decent and comfy, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent location only 3 min walk from Taksim Square. Very central with shops and restaurants at only walking distance. Close to main transportations.
However I couldn’t sleep at all because the room was not soundproof and you could hear the noise from street cars, live music coming from nearby bars and restaurants as well as the drunk people.
I will definitely recommend it to whoever is not bothered by the night noise!
The hotel was very dirty and did not come to clean the room or take trash except two times. We stayed there for 12 nights. I would love to upload pictures so you could see there’s no options here available.
They threw away my new shoes that I had forgotten. A professional hotel would have waited at least a day. By the evening, it was too late. Strange! The reception staff is really great and were not informed of my shoes. Comfortable beds but the bathroom is really too small. No lights on the balcony.
The stay was okay. The ratings from other users had been very good, that’s why we have chosen this but we can’t confirm. The location is next to Taksim, it is very central but very noisy the whole night until 5am. The reception is friendly and helpful. That have been the positive points for us. The room itself is very small and the furniture is already a bit broken (window not soundproof). The house smelled 24/7 like cigarettes and it also came into the room because of broken door. The cleaning of the room took place just twice a week. In two weeks we didn’t receive new towels. There was no possibility to order room service. Missing articles had to organise ourselves like new towels and toilet paper. You should check bathroom before entering. We found a big brown cockroach in it.
Staff excellent but property needs to be upgraded
The location is perfect. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and updated. I tried to reach the property beforehand to ask about the parking but no one answered the phone which was my only complaint.

Great location with friendly staff
Nevresim içindeki yorgan çok kirliydi. Odada Ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. İletişim sıfırdı.
Friendly host. Didn’t speak English but used translator app. Convenient location. Rooms were clean. For the price it’s a good deal. Only complaint is the cigarette smoke from other rooms was unbearable at night. I’ll stay again.

Fridge had a horrible smell, probably due to evaporator.
Emirhan was the the nicest receptionist. I truly felt at home in this place. Whole staff made me feel truly helped me and my family with recommendations, things to do, coordinated things for us. definitely coming back soon.
