La gentillesse et la disponibilité de toute l'équipe de l'hôtel : hureye; baris; Malik et j'en aioublié certainement. La proximité des magasins et restaurants à toute heure de la journée ou de la nuit. La propreté des lieux et le grand espace de la chambre. Et surtout l'endroit est très paisible de jour comme de nuit et le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Izmir à ne pas négliger également.

Il bagno un disastro, il miscelatore del lavello rotto, scendeva solo l’acqua calda, il blocco del supporto doccino non funzionava, perdita di acqua all’attacco del doccino, gocciolamento continuo all’interno dello sciacquone del wc,porta doccia/ bagno non chiude. Parcheggio a circa 150m con l’impossibilità di scaricare i bagagli davanti all’hotel
Staff and the fact that we could leave our luggage after checking out. You cant park in the street but they have e seperate parking area that you can use within wlaking distance
the neighbourhood was bad. It is very noisy and doesnt feel safe. The bathroom is tiny and the watertemperature keeps fluctuating. I nearly burned my body because of this.

The location is quite central, with plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. Our room was neat and spotless. The staff really made the stay: Selçuk at reception was a great guy, friendly and very helpful with anything we asked about. Halit on the night shift went out of his way to accommodate a special request we made, which we really appreciated. The hotel is a pleasant surprise: it feels like a polished, well-kept oasis that stands out from its surroundings.
The surrounding neighborhood looks a bit sketchy. That said, we never had any problems during our 2-day stay, but it's worth knowing before you arrive.

the location itself is close to the center, but the district is awful because everywhere construction, homeless people around.
the smell in the bathroom is crude, shower itself was not working well. There were no hangers for towels in the bathroom.
A spacious, clean and quiet room, with modern bathroom and good shower. Air conditioning worked well (if a little noisy). Staff were very helpful when our arrival was delayed and the hotel seemed well run and good value. Location was very good, a few minutes' walk from the railway station, close to the Agora and in the old part of town. Other reviewers seemed to worry about the area, but we saw no sign at all of any problems: it was quiet and very pleasantly old-fashioned. Some of the other buildings were run-down, but the neighbourhood seemed friendly.
There was a comfortable chair and table, but a second chair in the room would have been welcome.

Location. I left after one night as I felt unsafe in the area. Nothing bad happened to me, but I felt very unsafe and at risk.
Extremely nice establishment. Very clean and comfortable room. And the staff staff was super helpful and kind in assisting and making it a pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

O hotel fica em um lugar perto de feiras e praça com bastante gente humilde, porém, não há perigo algum. Perto de muitos lugares turísticos.
