St945 Palas Otel

It’s an inexpensive hotel in a very poor section of Izmir. Actually I like that. I got to see how people really live rather than a bunch of tourist, but be prepared, the Neighbourhood might look scary, but it is not dangerous at all. It is real Turkey.

Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet, hatte in 2min Fußweg Entfernung einen eigenen Parkplatz, der kostenfrei genutzt werden konnte. Die Gegend wirkt anfangs sehr heruntergekommen, die Einheimischen dort sind jedoch sehr höflich und respektvoll. Wir waren dort aufgrund Hochzeitseinkauf. Viele Läden liegen in 10/15min Fußweg Entfernung.
Dennoch würde ich als Dame nicht zwingend abends das Hotel verlassen. (persönliche Meinung)
Der Mitarbeiter Selcuk und Hamza waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Die Bahnstation "Basmane" ist 3-4min per Fuß zu erreichen.

The bedroom was really nice, so huge. We appreciated The air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to the train and Metro way station. The neighborhood is lively in the day and quiet at night. The staffs were kindly our stay.

Fantastic location, near to the market and train with lots of eateries nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Es un lugar central cerca de transporte público metro, autobuses y tren. También se puede ir caminado a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. La habitación estaba bien de tamaño para dos personas y era luminosa. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas el último día porque nuestro viaje continuó en la noche. La persona a cargo fue muy amable nos ofreció té y nos guió con algunas dudas de transporte y otras.

First of all it is located vey near to the bazaar, about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the bazaar. Is my first time here in izmir, and i am amazed by the landscape of it. The hotel is built at a uphill but is very common in izmir, if you're driving i will recommend you to drop your luggage to the reception first. The parking lot that the hotel provide is about a 5-8 minute walk depend on your pace. Is a short lovely walk where you can pass by a lot of different shops.

Secondly, the staff there is very friendly and helpful. My camera charger was left out, and they found it and offer to help to courier to our next hotel since i am in turkey for 2 week. For this i am very grateful. Thank you so much.

Lastly, if you're reading the review whether to stay here or not, i would definitely recommend. Is defintely value for the money, comfort level is good quiet, most importantly the staff is helpful and honest.

Tidy apartment and comfortable. In an interesting location. Quite a run-down area but the apartments are very nice. Location is pretty good for access and there are interesting shops nearby. Definitely not a touristy area, and that's good.

Llit còmode i habitació ampla.

The hotel is located in a rustic, local part of the city, which gives it a very authentic atmosphere, while still feeling perfectly safe. The parking is a short walk away from the hotel, so you do need to carry your luggage uphill a bit, but the free parking is definitely a great benefit.

The hosts were kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and the rooms were huge, comfortable, and relaxing. We also had the Turkish breakfast for two, which cost €16 and came with a massive, delicious spread that was absolutely worth it.

Excellent accommodation, the employees where very helpful, especially Seltsouk. The room was very clean and spacious. They offered us umbrellas when it was raining. They helped us a lot with taxis and food recommendations.
