The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are clean. I’ve already stayed here twice and would happily stay here again.
Maybe there could be an iron and ironing board in the room

كبر الغرفه ونظافتها
الموقع جاي في نزله والطلوع متعب وبعيد عن الاماكان. والمكيف يغلق كل ساعه ولم يتم اصلاحه او تبديل الغرفه. كل شوي يأتي المهندس ولم تحل المشكله

Location is not convenient, you need a taxi to move around. Very far from nearest train station.
Water in toilets get from cold to hot on its own!
Bad quality of pillows, not comfortable to sleep at all.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and everything made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The welcome tea and the complimentary fruit bowl in the room. The staff were helpful above and beyond.
Not major issues, but not enough clothes hangers in the closet, and coffee was not restocked the following day.
