Pros:

The welcome tea and the complimentary fruit bowl in the room. The staff were helpful above and beyond.

Cons:

Not major issues, but not enough clothes hangers in the closet, and coffee was not restocked the following day.

I can say 100% best service, it's absolutely perfect the best service really, evriting it's amazing including the kitchen and the staff.Mr. Ersin and Ms. Kader and afternoon shift Mr. Hrun are on or service 24h and always happy to help beautiful people and service ❤️ 💜 ♥️

Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean the personnel very helpful and friendly especially Izzat he was very friendly and kind.

Cons:

The only issue is the location is a little bit far from transportation but the hotel can always book for you a taxi so it was okay

Staff professional and helpful, really recommended
Pros:

Staff was very helpful with everything, very professionals. Food was also amazing , place was very clean and beautiful. Inan and Kerim were the best one when it came about help. They speak English very good and they always ready to help.
