Pros:

Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал, многие говорят по русски! И персонал и владелец очень приятные и постоянно беспокоятся, чтобы у гостей было все в порядке! Великолепная терраса с видом на Стамбул! В ресторанах делают двойную наценку за такой вид, а тут можно взять бесплатный кофе (или принести свое пиво) и сидеть наслаждаться видом!

Es war ansonsten gut, für diesen Preis.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und man konnte sich so viel holen, wie man wollte. Zudem wurde man regelmässig gefragt, ob man Kaffee oder Tee möchte.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde stets gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob man etwas braucht. Auch nach der Zimmerreinigung wurde jeden Morgen gefragt. Falls man keine Reinigung wünschte, war das überhaupt kein Problem.

Cons:

Vor Ort musste bar bezahlt werden, da angeblich keine Zahlung über Booking bzw. mit Karte möglich war. Das kann ich jedoch nicht nachvollziehen, da ich meine gesamte Reise über Booking mit derselben Karte gebucht und bezahlt habe.

Als ich nach einer Kartenzahlung gefragt habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dafür zusätzliche Gebühren von 10–15 % des Zimmerpreises anfallen würden. Daher war ich gezwungen, bar zu bezahlen.

Das Badezimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden. Zudem war die Sauberkeit dort leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Schönes kleines Hotel fast in der Innenstadt. Vieles per Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und helfen, wo sie nur können. Gut erreichbar mit den öffentlich vom Flughafen aus.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eher eine Bruchbude. Der Aufzug macht mehr als. verdächtige Geräusche und das Personal hat davon abgeraten die gefährliche Treppe zu nutzen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer bedürfen dringend einer Sanierung. Im Bad Schimmel, seltsamte Löcher im Boden. Das WC im Zimmer eines Freundes stand auf Steinen abgestützt. In einem anderen Zimmer kam die Tapete runter und dahinter befand sich sehr viel schwarzer Schimmel, was einfach nur gesundheitsgefährdend ist. Die Treppe hoch zur Dachterrasse war "abendteuerlich", das Frühstück mieserabel - wir haben es genau einmal in 4 Nächten freiwillig besucht. Es gibt zwar viel Ausahl, aber alles sieht alt aus und der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Alles in allem würde ich trotz wirklich toller Menschen niemandem raten dieses Hotel zu buchen solange es nicht kernsaniert wurde.

Locatie foarte buna in Eminonu,aproape de Bazarul Egiptean de mirodenii, zona cu restaurante si cafenele in jur. Personal foarte amabil,chech in tarziu disponibil.Raport calitate-pret foarte bun. Multumim pentru serviciile oferite.

Cons:

Micul dejun poate fi mai diversificat, se repeta zilnic. Mirosul de umiditate se simte in baie .

Наш первый İstanbul.
Pros:

Проживали в отеле 6 ночей с 18.05 по 24.05.2026г. Отель нам очень понравился. Небольшой, уютный, чистый. Персонал приветливый, добрый, отзывчивый. На связи 24/7. Ребята помогли с трансфером. Номер у нас был хороший, соответствует фото на booking, ремонт немного подуставший, но это не критично. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Кровать удобная, большая "queen size", постель чистая. Уборка в номере по запросу, хоть каждый день. Завтраки вкусные, блюда свежие и все это на террасе с шикарным видом на Босфор и Галатскую башню. Локация - это отдельный плюс отеля: все в пешей доступности - метро (станция Haliç), автобусы, паромная станция Eminönü, остановка трамвая T1, магазины, кафе, площадь Султанахмет, Египетский рынок и т.д. Вернёмся сюда ещё раз, и другим посоветуем.

Pros:

Очень понравился отдых в этом отеле! Шикарный доброжелательный русскоговорящий персонал, к которому можно было обратиться с любыми вопросами и просьбами. Вкусные завтраки, где хозяйка кухни варит настоящий турецкий кофе для вас. Шикарная веранда на которой проходят завтраки с видом на Золотой рог.
