Une honte absolue pour un soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles

Le batiment est beau, le service client est horrible.

Cons:

Franchement, une honte absolue pour un soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles.
On a choisi cet établissement uniquement pour profiter du spa car le temps était très mauvais, mais surprise le sauna et le hamman ne fonctionnais pas malgrès nos demandes repetés de mettre en route les équipements (le spa ouvre à 10h il était 13h ) et la piscine avec jacuzzi à peine tiède. On a attendu 2h que quelqu'un prenne en compte nos demandes et malgrès un passage du technicien rien n'a fonctioné, on a fini par abandonné et partir. C’est une expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Le service client est tout simplement inexistant. Aucune considération pour les clients, aucune écoute, rien.
Le pire reste le chef de réception, d’un mépris hallucinant. On a beau expliquer calmement le problème, il n’en a strictement rien à faire. Zéro empathie, zéro solution, même pas l’ombre d’un geste commercial pour compenser. On a vraiment l’impression de déranger.
C’est inadmissible à ce niveau de standing. On paie un prix premium pour un service qui est en réalité pire qu’un hôtel bas de gamme. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous détendre et être bien traité, fuyez. Cet hôtel n’a clairement rien d’un 5 étoiles, à part le prix.

Very modern with respect to other Cappadocia hotels but be prepared for small room and toilet despite the high price

Una experiencia fantástica en el Hotel Alden Capadoccia, volvería sin lugar a dudas.
Pros:

In hotel , con buenas instalaciones, mi pieza era cómoda, grande , con terraza y una vista muy linda.
El spa muy bueno.
El gerente del hotel muy agradable y preocupado con una excelente atención al cliente.

Great hotel to come back to
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, rooms all natural stone, floors, bathroom, bright, large patio doors.
They have thought of everything, restaurant, garden, open areas, spa all very well designed.
Very comfortable 5 star facility.

About the staff, they made us feel special, what more can I say. In particular, want to name Merve (Guest Relations) and the very patient Bekir (Bell Boy).

Hotel is located on top of hill with beautiful vistas of the surrounding countryside.

Hotel has its own lively restaurant and bar. Hotel can be a destination in itself.

Cons:

The property is a little away from town center, short taxi ride away. For those who need to have late nights in a bar or restaurant downtown, need a ride.
We dined in the hotel restaurant, was good enough for us, after a full day of activities.

Cons:

Если совсем придираться:
- слышимость в номерах (шум из коридора)
видимо из за атриумов
- хорошо было бы продумать полы с подогревом, так как полы каменные.

Beautiful hotel but dont use their shuttle service
Pros:

Its a new, modern hotel which is so tastefully decorated. Open, airy with fantastic views of the mountains.
Staff are very helpful, particularly their concierge.

Cons:

It is quite isolated and with no onsite shop, it can be tricky if you need anything.
The airport shuttle they arrange for you is a complete rip off. €45 for what others are charging TLR 400,for exactly the same service.
Most of their staff are not very fluent in English so it was hard to communicate.
Spa isn't value for money. While charging a good amount, service isn't up to it.
