I would stay again.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because it was close to a wedding. For the price, the room and facilities were clean, beautiful, and serene! The shower/bath was great! Even the breakfast was perfection.

Avery comfotable and aesthetically pleasing hotel
Pros:

The hotel room was lovely. The reception areas were pretty. We were allowed to check out late and the staff were helpful. The gift shop was nice and not overpriced. We would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

The onsen was sterile in appearance. Some ambient music and a few touches like lanterns or plants would have made it less like a swimmimg pool and more atmospheric.

We missed having Japanese cuisine at the restaurant and missed some more vegan options at the sake bar.

Clean, calm ambience, and a lovely hotel for rest and relaxation.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, had a very calm ambience. The Japanese style was really lovely. From the moment I walked in until I left I was relaxed. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again!
