Un hôtel au calme et offrant tous les services pour pouvoir profiter de la lagune : Kayak, vélo, paddle … Un peu dans son jus mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié son ambiance. Personnel également adorable et très souriant.

Pura magia!
Pros:

Questo è stato il soggiorno migliore del nostro viaggio di due settimane in Messico. La struttura è semplicemente stupenda. Noi avevamo una delle palapas affacciate sul lago ed è stata una magia svegliarsi ogni giorno scostando la tenda e trovandosi praticamente sull'acqua e addormentarsi ogni sera dopo aver ammirato le stelle ed essersi fatti cullare dai suoni della laguna. Il letto era abbastanza comodo, forse un po' troppo morbido ma sono gusti. Una sera la struttura privata di fianco ha messo la musica fino a tarda notte ma è bastato fare una segnalazione alla reception e sono intervenuti prontamente. La stanza era molto pulita e veniva rifatta ogni giorno. E poi che dire dei meravigliosi animaletti che sono i veri padroni del luogo... I mici mi hanno semplicemente rubato il cuore. Avrei tanto voluto prolungare il mio soggiorno e non ripartire mai!

Cons:

Niente shampoo/balsamo a disposizione degli ospiti. Bisogna considerare che trattandosi di struttura affacciata sulla laguna può capire di trovarsi un paio di blattoni in camera (che però hanno la capacità di sparire tanto velocemente quanto sono apparso). Bagno un po' buio,.qualche luce in più non sarebbe male.

La camera è grande e spaziosa così come il bagno, il letto comodo, la struttura si trova nella natura in un ottima posizione affacciata sulla laguna, kayak disponibili per fare un giro in laguna

Cons:

Desde la llegada al cuarto, se percibió un olor a pipi en el baño. Durante los dos días de mi estancia, ese mal olor no se ha quitado. Ha sido molesto para nosotros este mal olor a pipí.

Nos encanto el muelle que tiene en la laguna de los 7 colores es increíble, tienen kayak y chalecos gratis para poder moverte por la laguna, nosotros fuimos hasta el canal de los piratas en el kayak, la habitación es acogedora con una terracita privada

Nice place to visit but old
Pros:

The hotel has a direct muelle to the lagoon, kayaks and its nearby the centro . The staff was super nice.

wir waren rundum zufrieden und wären gern noch länger geblieben
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Lagune mti vielen Pflanzen mit eigenem Parkplatz. Von unserer Unterkunft aus (Haus Schlange) hatten wir Blick auf die Lagune. Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Steg mit diversen Möglichkeiten zum Sonnen und Baden, Paddelboote und SUP´s stehen ausreichend und kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Es gibt eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Gute Restaurants sind sehr gut in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Pros:

Es un lugar muy bonito lleno de plantitas y con acceso directo a la laguna. Hay mucho espacio en el muelle y se puede nadar con tranquilidad desde temprano. La habitación muy amplia y con buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

No sé si en todas las habitaciones pero por lo menos en la mía no filtraba mucha luz; digo no es un gran problema pero me hubiera gustado que entrará luz natural.

El hotel esta en un lugar de ensueño. El muelle de la propiedad es de los mas bonitos de Bacalar y dan ganas de estar ahi todo el dia! Habitacion amplia y comoda.
