Very good location and beautiful room
Pros:

Very nice and beautiful hotel.
They had beach stools and parasols we could use freely.

Cons:

Swimming pool was really dirty.
There was a broke flowerpot laying around.

Fijn hotelletje voor een nachtje
Pros:

De locatie was top en het in en uitchecken was heel makkelijk. Personeel was ook vriendelijk. Alles was op loopafstand.

Cons:

De hygiëne kan beter. Zo vond ik bijvoorbeeld haren in de badkamer die niet van ons waren.

Well thought-out room and super lovely hosts.
Pros:

We loved our stay here and booked an extra night even. It was a really well thought-out room- the bed was very comfy, there were plenty of places to put clothes, a bug screen on the balcony door, the fridge was a well appreciated touch, and there was a safe. It was easy to keep cool with the aircon and fan, had a lovely shower for hot or cold showers. The handy key free access meant we didn’t have to worry about keeping a key safe when swimming. It also had a well equipped kitchen and was in a great location, everything was in walking distance- beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. We also loved the jungle sounds from the balcony, and the smart tv with ready-to-use accounts set up. The hosts are super lovely, and happy to answer any questions and give recommendations.

Cons:

Maybe if you’re on the road-side it might be a little noisier? But this didn’t affect us at all and the mangrove side was lovely.

Le logement est bien mais l’isolation n’est pas top. Le logement est très central mais il est impossible de dormir avant
Pros:

Le logement était confortable et l’eau était bien chaude (quand il y en avait)
Le balcon était agréable et le lit parfait

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau pendant une journée entière (même si les propriétaires ont fait tout leur possible pour résoudre le problème)
Impossible de dormir avant 2-3h du matin tous les soirs car il y avait de la musique forte dans les rues/bars alentours
Isolation pas folle

Wonderful place for a wonderful price!
Pros:

Karla was great!! Such a fantastic host who really cares for her visitors. The room was lovely, beautiful view & lovely shower. Would 100% recommend! Also a great location.

Cons:

The aircon dripped a bit so we had to move the bed slightly - not a major issue really.

Pros:

Close to the the Cancun airport, the hotel even arranged a transfer for us.

Cons:

The room facing the street was really noisy. The bar across the street was playing loud music until 2am.

QUITE OFTEN AVAILABLE—CLEAN AND TIDY
Pros:

A useful little place to stay. Great for access to the bar and restaurant scene nearby. Easy parking. Comfortable beds and good showers.

Cons:

The communual kitchen was someones domestic kitchen with personal clutter everywhere. There are neighbouring dogs that bark all night long!

Our stay was short but sweet.
Pros:

We loved our room, the big balcony, very nice bathroom, the colours, having a fridge and safe and a nice view. It was good to have a choice between using the fan or the AC.

Cons:

We liked everything.

It was the perfect place for my sister and me. I'd love to return.
Pros:

The highlight for me was the balcony at the back facing the jungle. I also appreciated the screen on the patio door, the sun blocking curtains, and the fan. We did not ever use the AC. The location was perfect: a short walk to the public beach, a French bakery with sourdough baguettes nearby, and the fruit and veg store across the street. There were beach chairs provided we carried to the beach. We always found a spot shaded by palm trees. Rene and Denise were helpful and friendly. We arranged for them to take us and pick us up from a cenote and it worked out perfectly. The common kitchen/lounge was a real bonus; we prepared our own breakfasts and picnic lunches, and mixed it up with Rene and Denise, and other guets. There was hot water in the shower (Many places don't have it.). Our room was large and well-designed. Spare and efficient. We had a coffee maker and a little refrigerator. I appreciated the Mexican cotton blanket.

Cons:

The kitchen could be cleaner (especially the lime deposits on the sink area) and half of the stuff in there could be eliminated which would make it nicer. The sheets were polyester and ill-fitting. (I epected this so brought my own cotton bedding.) The lighting was minimal. (I brought my own LED USB light.) Unfortunately the sargassum on the beach was terrible. Evidently it has arrived earlier than it used to.

Pros:

It had all we needed, and it all worked very well. The little hotel is cute, simple and clean. There are obviously no luxuries, but we didn't expect them for the price. Karla was always very attentive and available to help. The location is very central, if you are not looking for a sea view it's perfect. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The idea of code access is very good because you don't risk loose keys or cards, but the code of the room sometimes was a bit tricky.

Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern, Gebäude sehr in die Jahre gekommen genauso wie das Zimmer, Lage war zentral.

Cons:

Ausstattung, teilweise vergammelter Seifenhalter. Nur zum duschen und schlafen geeignet ohne Komfort.
