便利な位置にはあるけれど。
Pros:

部屋は広く、ベッドが大きく、冷蔵庫があった。セントロから近い。

Cons:

きれいにしてあったけど、大きいゴキ、小さいゴキが一匹ずつ出た。さらに、台所の向かいのカウンターにはアリの巣があるようで、メロンやチョコなどの甘いものを食べて、ちょっと置いておくと、アリがたかっていた。
プールはあったけど、あまりきれいじゃなかった。
Q&Aに洗濯機がある、と書いてあったけど、完全にスタッフ用で、タオルやシーツが溢れかえっていた。あれを使っていいと書けるこの施設の神経がわからない。

La ubicacion era muy buena, pleno centro de tulum, la cama era comoda.

Cons:

Cada vez que abría el agua para lavar los platos desprendia olor a podrido. Estaban un poco obstruidos los grifos y salpicaba el agua.

très bon hôtel avec une piscine sur le rooftop. Le séjour était agréable.

Cons:

Le WiFi, il ne fonctionnait vraiment pas bien nous avons passé notre séjour en 4G
L accueil se fait par whatsapp, mais répondent très rapidement

Rooftop pool is nice
Pros:

We loved everything.
A comfortable, modern studio equipped with everything we needed. The staff was polite and helpful. There’s a clean rooftop pool with the city view. A very nice place - we highly recommend it.

Beautiful, relaxing and secure stay with great amenities, comfy rooms and a perfect location!
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay. We stayed in one of the lofts. Well equipped, had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. We had bath towels as well as beach towels which is such a bonus! Bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing and the air conditioners worked really well. Location was very good as it was close to the main strip so lots of bars and restaurants around. Rooftop was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. The whole place felt very relaxing. Felt very secure and safe at The Teodoro. Would recommend to everyone!

Ado Busbahnhof und Hauptstraße/Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Cons:

Klimaanlage und Dusche mussten am ersten Tag schon repariert werden
Die Fenster sind so dünn, das der Straßenlärm direkt ins Zimmer dringt
Am 13. Mai war eine Baustelle im (offenen) Treppenhaus. Baulärm könnte man bei der Buchung ruhig anmerken

El sistema de agua necesita mantenimiento, había días que salía muy sucia, parecía que salía con mucho óxido o algo similar, había que dejar las llaves abiertas por un rato para que saliera "limpia"
