Un hotel que enamora desde el primer momento: su ambientación acogedora, ubicación ideal y una atención impecable por parte de todo el equipo. El desayuno destaca por su sabor y presentación, pero vivirlo en la terraza lo convierte en una experiencia simplemente fuera de serie

Un sueño
Pros:

El hotel en general es hermoso, muy acorde a la ciudad. Queda equidistante a todo el casco histórico. La habitación hermosa, con un balcón con vista a la calle y a la belleza de su arquitectura.

The hotel & staff were amazing and went above and beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable.

Do recepcionista Cesar, muito dedicado, salvou toda a chegada ao hotel, porque o hotel nao bos avisou que as ruas estariam todas geladas por conta da semana santa entao foi difícil chegar, lento, estressante, mas o César nao mediu esforços para ajudar.

O hotel tem excelente localização, e o café da manhã é ótimo, muito gostoso.

O quarto é bom, chuveiro gostoso e bem silencioso.

Cons:

O tempo de espera pelo veiculo é grande e uma outra recepcionista branquinho meio loira/ruiva, nao fez nenhuma questão de informar quando tempo ia demorar, primeiro disse 15 minutos, mas demorou 30.

Também seria importante que o hotel alertasse os seus clientes previamente sobre eventos como este na cidade para preparar e orientar da melhor forma possível.

Gran lugar para planes románticos.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del jardín principal. El personal muy amable y atento. Cuentan con servicio de valet parking (programado con anticipación 10-20 min aprox). Las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y muy limpias.
El servicio de masajes muy recomendable.
