IS NOT A HOTEL IS A HOUSE WERE THEY RENTING ROOM, PLUS SHE WANT TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY AND XTRA THAT I PAID IN THE APP. TYEY ARE HUNGRY MONEY THEY DON’T PUT TOILETRIES EVERY DAY AND CLEAN SHITS . THEY ARE SO DISGUSTING ANS SCAMMERS. A HUNGRY MONEY OWNER MAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT DON’T KNOW HOW TYEY WORK.

Primero uds en booking me dijeron que me habían dado una categoría superior, y no fue así. Me dieron el cuarto mas feo, tenía telarañas, una sola ventana, no servía el aire acondicionado, hacia mucho ruido y no enfriaba. la regadera estaba tapada, la tuve que raspar para que se abrieran algunos orificios. solamente vi a una sola persona a mi llegada, y por la noche estaba una persona que creo era la dueña, amable pero hasta ahí. descuidadas las zonas del patio.

Quaint and charming
Pros:

Charming hotel, loved the old world vibe. We had a chandelier over a glass and marble table, art books to flip through a lovely garden just outside a double door.

Cons:

There were people in the games room until 3 and unfortunately our room was next door. Long walk to town centre

Me gustó la casa sus jardines y la ubicacion

Cons:

Pero tiene deficiencia de luz el color de las recamaras muy obscuro y la luz es poca focos fundidos polvo en cortinas y puertas con una poca de más atención en los detalles y el primer día nos dieron una habitación que no fue la que pedimos reclamamos y al siguiente día nos cambiaron

Charming quiet boutique hotel. Very helpful staff & lovely breakfast!
Pros:

It was quiet location about a 25-30 min walk to the main square of Colima. Staff was very helpful with directions and everything. Lots of beautiful art in this small boutique hotel.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk into town, but we enjoyed the level walk exploring Colima. It was the big horse show when we were there, so good to be away from the crazy noise of downtown!
