Para el precio del hotel creo que está bien.

La ubicación y la vista

Cons:

La experiencia que tuve no fue la mejor, nos tocó una habitación en la cual empezó a tener agua por una falla en el clima, razón por la cual nos tuvieron que mover a otra habitación, y fue incómodo estarse moviendo cuando ya habíamos instalado todo el equipaje y volver a acomodar todo y movernos al último piso.
Tuvimos que pedir la contraseña de wi-fi porque en recepción no te la brindan, y hay que bajar a recepción a cada rato porque no cuentan con teléfono de servicio.
Tenía mucha claridad el cuarto al amanecer, lo que hace que no puedas dormir agusto.

Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung!
Pros:

Liebevolle Dekoration im Hotel, wenngleich nicht im Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht und bezahlt! Vor Ort bekamen wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße. Nach einiger Diskussion wurde angeboten, gegen Aufpreis in ein Zimmer mit Flussblick zu wechseln oder eben komplett zu stornieren. Da für alle Zimmer Flussblick aufgeführt ist, wurden offenbar falsche Angaben im Angebot gemacht und anstatt den Fehler wieder gut zu machen, wird das Problem auf das System geschoben. Leider sehr ärgerlich, miserables Management an der Stelle.

Pros:

Old school charm! The building has character and charm not found in newer hotels. Easy walking access to El Centro, the Malecon, many restaurants. View of the river. Restaurant on site with room service. Clean and comfortable. AC and a fan. For the price you will not find better.

Pros:

My Spanish is rudimentary, but the staff were very patient and helpful. I loved the exterior mural and the artistic touches throughout the hotel. Breakfast was lovely out on the balcony overlooking the river with a hot coffee.
