Solicité cancelación y reembolso de la reservación porque no me gustaron las instalaciones ni el cuarto, por lo que se paga se puede conseguir un hotel en mejores condiciones y no me quisieron reembolsar ni un peso. El servicio muy malo

Estancia ideal para familia o trabajo
Pros:

La atención y amabilidad del personal fue maravillosa en todo momento. Viaje con mi familia y solicitamos una cuna, aunque no tenían disponibles hicieron lo posible por conseguirla y eso hizo que estuviéramos muy cómodos en la habitación.

. La amplitud, limpieza y comodidad de la habitación también me agrado mucho. El hotel es perfecto tanto para viajes familiares como de trabajo (la habitación cuenta con escritorio y silla tipo oficina)

El servicio de desayuno muy bueno, suficiente y cada dia con una opción de guisado especial aparte de lo normal (huevos, fruta, pan, jugo, leche)

La alberca de buen tamaño, además cuentan con un futbolito, mesa de billar y de ping pong.

El estacionamiento es muy amplio, los lugares bien delimitados y alado del hotel.
