Lindas instalaciones pero mal servicio al cliente

Si estaba lindas las habitaciones pero el servicio al cliente y la comunicación fue muy mala

No me gustó que no me informaron que no había limpieza diario, me dieron mal la hora de desayuno, el elevador no servía y al comentarles que me quedé encerrado dos veces solo me dijo el chico de recepción que pues use las escaleras y ya no me quedaría encerrado el elevador

Amazing Staff! Good Location!
Pros:

The location was great, the hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. A special shoutout to Rafael and the breakfast, housekeeping and front desk staff for their excellent service and friendliness. FYI, It is right in front of Pandora Rooftop Restaurant :)

Cons:

The breakfast staff were super friendly, and the beans they made were one of the most delicious I've ever had. The only downside was that the breakfast was the same every day and there weren't many options. Still, it was good, simple and satisfying. The elevator had some issues.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, restaurante cerca, el complejo está muy lindo y super limpio, el personal muy amable a todas horas, en el cuarto tienes todo, tele, refri, micro, etc.
