It's a beautiful facility with an amazing and friendly staff.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there was no work station (as in the advertisement) and no business center. I had to work leaning over the nightstand

Buena estancia en Mérida.
Pros:

Gran ubicación en el corredor gastronómico de Mérida, cerca del centro, del Paseo Montejo y de diversos restaurantes. La limpieza impecable, el personal amable.

Cons:

En la noche hubo ruido en algún restaurante cercano, lo cual fue desagradable. La habitación la esperaba de mayor tamaño. El seayuno no vale la pena, además hay lugares cercanos para desayunar muy buenos.

Una de las mejores opciones de Mérida
Pros:

Esta muy bonito el hotel, cuidan todos los detalles, su personal de recepción de 10, felicidades

Cons:

Solo una cuestion, teniamos unos vecinos que eran unos cochinos, tenian un tiradero en una linda terraza, el problema no son los vecionos, si no el hotel que se loes permitio, de todo lo demás excelente
