Fue cumpleaños de mi esposa y le regalaron una rebanada de pastel

Cons:

Se va la luz y con ello el.agua tambien. No nos pudieron proporcionar una almohada extra ! La habitacion no contaba con una sola ventana! No entiendo como permiten eso para emitir la licencia de construccion. La alberca no es cómoda porque no puede uno nadar y de repente protegerse del sol. No hay camastros con sombra

- When we arrived, we asked to prolong the stay for one extra night, and they made us pay according to our rate. We soon realized that we paid a weekend rate for a Monday night, and checking online, the rate of this very hotel was half of what we were asked to pay. Even the most expensive 5-star hotel in town was cheaper than what we paid. We complained and asked for an explanation.
The answer we got back after escalating to the manager was appalling. They made up some excuses, claiming that when we arrived, the rates were different, and when I told them I checked, they said that maybe when I checked they were lower but not the same room yada yada. When confronted with the fact that the most expensive hotel in town was, is, and still was, while checking in front of them, cheaper than the rate they charged, they shrugged their shoulders and claimed that "the money was already wired" and could not be reimbursed. Not sure if they think I don't understand how electronic payments and reimbursements work, but that's the excuse they used. As I warned them I would, I'm reporting this in my review. In sum, they preferred tricking their customers and pocketing some extra dollars rather than running a fair business.

Everything! The bathroom had both an operable window and a ceiling fan. The A/C worked perfectly and the pool was a great addition. You also get your room cleaned everyday, as well as new water bottles and clean towels. The location is also great

Pros:

Excellente expérience. Le service a été très bon dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement est excellent, notamment parce que l’hôtel se trouve dans le quartier gastronomique, tout en offrant une chambre très calme, sans aucun bruit.

La chambre était très confortable, propre et agréable. Les installations dans leur ensemble sont très bien entretenues et propres, et la vue depuis la piscine est très belle et relaxante. Sans aucun doute, un endroit où nous reviendrons.

La habitación era muy linda, el baño muy amplio y todo el personal fue muy amable! Quedamos fascinados porque incluso todo estaba muy céntrico, teníamos todo cerca, incluso si salimos, no demorabas en regresar.

Cons:

Solo el hecho de que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio y estacionarlo de pronto fue un poco difícil por buscar un lugar cerca del hotel.

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Mérida.
Personnel sympathique.
Grande chambre confortable qui mériterait une rénovation.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est décevant: pas de jus proposé (uniquement du café imbuvable); une assiette de fruits et une omelette (même proposition tous les matins). Nous avons regretté d’avoir pris cette option.

Lenzuola del letto macchiate, asciugamani bucato, sotto il letto pieno di polvere, specchi non puliti pieni di ditate. Struttura bella ma trasandata. Piscina esterna sporca, l’acqua non era limpida come dovrebbe, ma risultava unta e con qualche insetto. Sulle scale per due volte abbiamo trovato degli scarafaggi, ok che in Messico ci sta ma sinceramente non in un 4 stelle. Standard non da 4 stelle. Rapporto qualità prezzo che non vale .

Hospedagem tranquila e bem localizada em Mérida
Pros:

A experiência na Casa Continental foi excelente do início ao fim. O ambiente é silencioso, relaxante e aconchegante. A localização é perfeita para explorar a cidade, perto dos principais pontos do centro. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados. Destaque especial para a equipe que prestou um atendimento atencioso em todos os momentos. Inclusive, tivemos um problema com o chuveiro e tudo foi resolvido muito rápido, até ganhamos um upgrade. Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca conforto e praticidade em Mérida.
