Nice place in a good location.
Pros:

Property is great. Original and with personality. Rooms are big and nice and location is good.

Cons:

It’s a bit complicated to find yourself arround. Arrived late and security guy sort of helped out. After 12H flying you would expect a bit more but it was, enough.

Santa Casa was a great home base for the activities we had planned
Pros:

Very helpful and supportive staff! They provided good advice on activities and transportation. Lots of convenient dining opportunities in the neighborhood.

Glad it was a short stay. Way too expensive for what you get.

The location, that’s it!

Cons:

The property does not look AT ALL like on the pictures. Colours have been enhanced and the decoration is not as fresh any more as it appears to be on the pictures.

Most of the rooms do not look like on the pictures. They should be more honest about it.
And honestly I don’t understand why booking.com does not forbid hotels to put pictures on the site that doesn’t reflect the reality. It’s misleading!

Great stay! Will be back.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and the property was very clean and well kept. The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

My room was on the first floor and it was a bit noisy at times. But it was manageable.

Disappointing and note to fellow travellers that not all rooms provided should be marketed as hotel rooms.

The room we were given on arrival was not fit for purpose and was exposed to the all night thumping music from the nightclub next door. We asked to be moved as it was impossible to sleep but we were simply offered earplugs. We negotiated a room change the following day but as our stay was only 2 nights the visit was already spoiled.

Veldig bra opplevelse totalt.
Pros:

Beliggenhet var utmerket, koselig boutique hotel, men veldig hyggelig personal.

Cons:

Badet kunne vært mer funksjonelt med skap og vask med benk for å kunne plassere sine ting og personlige effekter.
Personalet var veldig hjelpsomt og på tilbudssiden under hele oppholdet.

Good location for brunches and bars

Cons:

Major works being done next door which we weren't told about and the noise was very disruptive. Communication not great, we also had an issue when we tried to come back for our bags and we didnt get let in the building and we were assured someone would be there.
