A centrally located and safe good value self catering apartment.
Pros:

Great apartment for families close to all the restaurants but quiet at night.
Enrique the manager is excellent and really helpful . Didn't use the pool as the sea is so inviting. The air-conditioning works well and we were pleased to find 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

Some more kitchen equipment would help: tin opener, both opener, kitchen towel , teaspoons etc

Pros:

Appartement (avec 2 chambres) très spacieux, situé au calme dans Holbox.
Le monsieur de la réception est très serviable et disponible via WhatsApp.
La piscine est très agréable..

Totalmente recomendable!
Pros:

Recomiendo mucho!! La habitación es muy amplia; el staff del hotel es increíble, muy amable.

Cons:

Las últimas dos noches se fue la luz en de manera general en ese lado de la isla. La primera noche que esperamos a que volviera sí estuvo un poco incómoda porque al no haber luz no había aire ni agua y hacía mucho calor. Pero realmente aun así hay que felicitar al hotel que trabajó mucho para resolver esto y nos pusieron de emergencia en un nuevo hotel para que estuvieramos comodas.

La atención en recepción fue buena
Solicite habitación en planta baja por qué llevaba a una persona con andadera y si me la dieron
Solicite me apoyarán con un taxi a mi salida y me dijeron que si pero no me quisieron dar el teléfono del taxi y este nunca llegó tuve que salir a buscar uno para llegar a tiempo para abordar el barco
En cuanto a la limpieza da muy mal aspecto que en las paredes se ven manchas de insectos que mataron y no lo limpiaron

Cons:

En Booking aparecía un precio y se tenía que pagar en el hotel, pero a la hora de pagar la cantidad aumento casi al doble por el tipo de cambio y por ese precio hubiera preferido otro hotel
Así que no se si sea mejor pagar cuando se hace la reserva y evitar más cargos
Mi habitación estaba cerca de la recepción y en la madrugada llegó otro huésped a tocar como loco y eso nos espanto mucho ya que pensamos que estaba pasando algo y cuando salimos era un tipo pidiendo el teléfono de un taxi, esto paso por qué no hay nadie en la recepción solo está abierta de 10 a 5

Agradable estancia en amplio apartamento bien ubicado
Pros:

El apartamento es muy amplio, con habitaciones muy espaciosas y camas grandes. La cocina-salón también es muy amplia y tiene las cosas esenciales para una breve estancia. Los muebles son muy originales, con el tallado de la madera y tiene una buena televisión, nevera y microondas.
Esta muy cerca del puerto (a unos 7 minutos andando), por lo que no es necesario coger un taxi para llegar. La playa más cercana está también a unos 7 minutos caminando, y por toda la zona hay restaurantes y tiendas de alimentación.
La piscina de la azotea es pequeñita pero permite refrescarte tras venir de la playa,

Cons:

Algo más de menaje de cocina, vasos de cristal.

Les prix sont raisonnables et la localisation parfaite, proche de la mer et du centre, au calme.
Les appartements sont spacieux. La terrasse avec piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Les appartements sont sales et mal entretenus. Le personnel (juste un jeune homme) n'est pas souvent là et est seul pour tout gérer. Le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois en 6 jours, et très rapidement. Il faut insister lourdement pour se voir renouveler les serviettes et le papier toilette.
