Our new favorite hotel in the city!

This hotel is a surprise gem when staying in downtown Detroit the vibes the service everything is excellent.

Hotel was nice, very up to date. Nice rooms. Amazing valet crew.

Cons:

Front desk people weren’t to friendly upon arrival. Almost acted like it was an inconvenience that we were staying at their hotel or that because of our age we were low life’s. Was charged $100 on top of what we already booked the room for on booking.com. So be aware booking.com price is not the price u will be paying. Blood on sheets not from us( they used the blanket on edge of bed to cover it up) Lights in room very difficult to work. Sink clogged upon first time washing hands in it. For what it’s worth to book I don’t feel this hotel is a good option, very beautiful hotel just lots of flaws.

There very thoughtful and understanding when everyday obstacles neve ending. Would highly recommend staying at there Hotels, absolutely!!

Buen hotel para visitar Detroit
Pros:

Hotel bastante nuevo, bien situado para ver Detroit. Rehabilitado sobre un edificio histórico de la antigua Radio, el hotel es muy bonito y está decorado con mucho estilo. Las habitaciones son modernas y muy amplias, confortables para pasar unos días en la ciudad.

Cons:

La limpieza es mejorable. Había restos de suciedad en varias partes de la habitación y del baño. En el baño los jabones estaban sin rellenar y no había ni champú ni gel, agotados y sin reponer. En el suelo del baño encontramos un tubo de maquillaje abierto. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y se oye el sistema incluso cuando está apagado, es bastante molesto para dormir. Aunque lo dejes apagado de vez en cuando se enciende solo… Son detalles que deberían mejorarse en un alojamiento de esta categoría

Cons:

Room‑neighbor guests talked loudly from 11 PM until 3‑4 AM. I contacted the front desk three times to report the noise, yet the problem was never resolved. It was extremely noisy, and I was unable to get any proper sleep.
