Pros:

The staff is awesome! They love their city and want you to have the best time. The double queen rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Only complaint was the small pillows.

Nothing but one person, Jelesa, front desk specialist was soooo nice to me.

Cons:

From The time we walk into our three rooms I was disgusted !! Food left in the fridge from previous guest, crumbs all over the floor and under the bed, being locked out of a bathroom and given the key to use another one in a different room topped the cake!!! I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND IM FROM DETROIT ORIGINALLY AND DROVE THERE FROM ALABAMA 12 hours to that!!

Enjoyed the property and would stay there again.
Pros:

Great staff and service, everyone was friendly and attentive. Loved the decor and the fact that is was only a mile from the event we were attending at Ford Field. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Shower door needed to be repaired because it wouldn’t stay fully closed.
