Shopping trip upgrade!
Pros:

The Art Deco decor was fabulous, with lots of historical pictures. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to change our pymt method. The room was huge! We didn't get a chance to take advantage of all the amenities like the rooftop bar or the basement games, but will stay here next time when we are in the area and do just that!

Upscale vibe, beautiful amenities, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

This hotel has a very upscale vibe. We were very pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and amenities. This hotel felt like you were somewhere special with the restaurant/bar and rooftop area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros:

This hotel is so so nice from the basement atmosphere to the rooftop party it is a lovely hotel and the staff are very attentive

Cons:

That to park is $15 for 4 hours or $45 a day which is ridiculous to park downtown I wind up spending $90

Pros:

The large TV and the clean room. The double elevators (I felt more secure knowing that not anyone can just walk in). It's close to Ford field and MGM Casino. There was a couch in the room that seemed to work well in our regular double bed room, I like the extra sitting space and the beds were comfortable. Nice rooftop sitting area.

Cons:

Slightly confusing to get to your room. My room came with no microwave even though it said it would, no phone, and no clock. Deposit fee was $100 instead of $50 like it said on the site. You cannot electronically check in...the line was long and our ice machine was broken on our floor, had to go down to the 5th floor.

Disappointing, extremely disappointing
Pros:

Limited to no parking, all of it requires payment and $45 for valet is ridiculous

Cons:

The room I stayed in did not have a blackout screen and was outside of a large neon sign

My window shade was broken in my bathroom handle. It was broken.
Pros:

Did eat I didn’t know if you had free breakfast or not because no one said anything

Cons:

It will have been nice if I had some shades to pull up to see the sunlight, but they was broken. My bathroom handle was broken room 507. and they charge us $45 for parking for one night. I think that’s not fair because we had to pay for food plus I own $400 apply we should have to pay for parking all that money up in there.
