Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I went for a concert and was able to do a lil sightseeing in downtown Detroit beforehand. Will absolutely book again in the future 😁

Pros:

Good gym. Good sized room. The desk staff and porters were really friendly and approachable. Good location.

Cons:

Housekeeping, or lack there of it. Cleaning of the rooms needs to be improved massively. The bodywash in the bathroom was empty when we checked in!

Pros:

Hotel was nice, very up to date. Nice rooms. Amazing valet crew.

Cons:

Front desk people weren’t to friendly upon arrival. Almost acted like it was an inconvenience that we were staying at their hotel or that because of our age we were low life’s. Was charged $100 on top of what we already booked the room for on booking.com. So be aware booking.com price is not the price u will be paying. Blood on sheets not from us( they used the blanket on edge of bed to cover it up) Lights in room very difficult to work. Sink clogged upon first time washing hands in it. For what it’s worth to book I don’t feel this hotel is a good option, very beautiful hotel just lots of flaws.
