Fairmont Century Plaza Gold Experience

I like the view of the place, the people are very helpful including the person that brought up my luggage, his name was John and he was super kind and helpful.

Ari, the concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in picking the perfect place to go for a late lunch in Malibu, right on the water. The view was gorgeous and the food very good, and the cocktails were superb.

The hotel facility itself is 5 star. Our rooms were well appointed with beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds and high quality linens. But service particularly in the Gold Lounge was the icing on the cake that made our stay most enjoyable. Kudos to all of the staff with special mention to Billie and Kevin.

We had an outstanding experience at the Gold Lounge during our stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza. What stood out most was the exceptional staff—every team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a wonderful experience. Their attentiveness never felt forced; it was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable stay for everyone.

The level of hospitality was consistent throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly accommodating, proactive, and always ready to help with a smile. It was also evident that they treated all guests with the same kindness and attention, which speaks volumes about the culture of service here.

The food selection was another highlight, with a great variety of options throughout the day that made the lounge a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

A special thank you to Fernanda for leading such an exceptional team, and to Kevin and Jatin for their outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Their commitment to guest experience is evident in every interaction and truly made our visit memorable. We would absolutely recommend the Gold Lounge to anyone staying at the Fairmont Century Plaza and look forward to returning.

The service, facilities, and food were terrific. while everyone was top-notch, I was especially impressed by Mr. Alvin Loh, , who helped me track down my Uber. Uber sent the wrong instructions and but for Alvin’s’ help my driver and I would not have connected.

We stayed at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Atmosphere was friendly. Room was esthetic. Value was reasonable. Very clean. Noise level was perfect. Service was exceptional. Amenities were excellent. We were assisted by John many times. He was kind, friendly and helpful.

Loved everything! 💕 the spa, Bre was amazing! Alice, Antonio, Enzo and Jose are the coolest too! Best hotel ever!!!!!

The rooms are sizeable, clean with luxuriously, comfortable bedding, duvet, pillows and well decorated.
The most important facet of the hotel is the extremely, exquisite customer service which reaches beyond anyone's expectation. They have succeeded at being the best in building relationships with their patrons.
If you stay here once, you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

From check-in to John our Bellman bringing up our luggage this has been the most wonderful experience! You can tell that the hotel is very busy and they kept any stress hidden from us as guests. Incredible property, staff was amazing, room is beautifully clean. We will be back soon.

My family and I did a quick 2 day/1 night trip to the Fairmont Century Plaza and had a great time. The hotel itself is very nice. We had what I think was a standard room - 2 double beds - but it was still really nice. We had a balcony (although I think maybe all the rooms have a balcony?) and the bathroom was quite large. We also are Diamond members so had access to the Gold lounge, which was great. The drinks and snacks (including breakfast) there were fantastic and it actually is a really nice space - there is a large indoor area with couches and they even have seats outside.

The other hotel amenities are great as well. The gym is huge - especially for a hotel gym. In addition, given our Diamond status, my wife and I were also able to enjoy the spa (included in our stay). My wife enjoyed the sugar scrub/salt room along with the sauna and steam room. I spent some time in the steam room and sauna after the gym. It was very relaxing - I highly recommend that. We did check out the rooftop pool but it was a little windy so we did not go in. The pool itself is a little on the small side - my son and I were going to throw a football around but because there were a few kids already in the pool, there wasn't enough room. There also is no hot tub which was a little surprising.

Still, everything was great for our brief stay. It's also near the Century City mall where we got dinner and also saw a movie - so the location is really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.
