Loved the place. I live in USA, but if I lived closed to Thailand, I would visit more often.
Pros:

The pool was right in front of your room. From your room to your porch to the pool. The view of the pool and landscape is stunning.

Cons:

Beautiful landscape and large pool which every room has access off their personal porch.
Staff were exceptionally generous and friendly. Excellent place to stay and enjoy.

it was passable
Pros:

i had requested a refund as there was a centipede in our room and drain of toilet was choked. however no discount was provided. I also showed them that the rates were lower but they did not offer us breakfast.

Closer to Old Town- 50 mins from Main Beach area- Quiet area- lovely food and adorable staff

Great staff!!
Smart Tv so could stream fav tv episodes.
Old town is only 14-20 minutes away approx €5
Quiet surrounding area
Small but lovely sun beds outside slide doors

Cons:

Bar not open till 3
Independent Taxi from hotel was expensive - took bolt and was half price.
Drive to Phuket is 50 mins - only €20 So be aware you are away from the main strip area

Worth to stay
Pros:

The hotel is located a bit off of the main track. It felt like we are in a wrong neighborhood sometimes, however we found our way :D the massage saloon outside of the hotel is nice and worth visiting. There is a free bus from the hotel to the old town and to the city centre few times a day, which is a nice addition to the stay. Stuff was friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfasts were amazing :)

Cons:

The area next to the hotel is very specific and you just need to adjust to it.

La stanza bella è bella piscina.

Cons:

Stanza puzzava ed era piena di zanzare. Ristorante che dovrebbero chiudere per quanto fa schifo! Colazione con prodotti scadenti.
