Pros:

the room we were given was ok

Cons:

my reservation could not be cancelled. The room I reserved was in building 2 , ocean front. The room I got when I got there, was building 3 , behind building 2 from the beach. I never looked at this room , only building 2. None of my confirmations showed the room number. The person at this location offered that I could come back on the off season and again pay to stay here as a resolution. Never coming back.

The location was the best condo on the entire property! You had full views of the beaches and the big pool! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Overall it is a great place for a family vacation. We very much enjoyed our time.
Pros:

Overall booking was very easy and Rob was very nice. Right on the beach and plenty of space to park our wagon by our front door. It was great to have chairs available for use in our unit.

Cons:

When we arrived there was sand all over the floor. The living room was functional but not super comfy / cozy.

Cons:

I didnt like it had a regular coffee pot as I use k cups and I had to go out and buy regular coffee.

The home feel , it was very clean. Smelled good , ac worked great,

Cons:

Only one set of elevators in the building, could use a splash of color in the long hallways, and the lock on are door looked funny but worked fine. I did not like at all I chose a room that I saw in the pics and then was given a different room and to get the room in the picture I wanted the first time was changed 90 bucks to get the room I thought I was getting in the first place

Plan on staying here again.
Pros:

Gorgeous view of the gulf from the room. A very short walk to get to the pool, beach, and on-site restaurant. A short drive to Dollar General to pick up supplies. The owner left information about area restaurant to try (and some not to). The size of the condo was perfect for me and my two kids, but others might want or need a little more space.

Cons:

The condo itself was great but some of the amenities in the building were in need of repair. One elevator wasn't operational which led to some long waits, and we couldn't get the sauna to work in the women's area. However, the building was very clean and staff were polite.
