La verdad el hotel es genial, una tranquilidad absoluta, la gente que te atiende ama lo que hace y se nota. Las instalaciones con gran mantenimiento. La comida super rica

Cons:

Todo me gustó, como dato informativo es importante que sepan que para ir al centro del pueblo de Bernal debes o traer tu coche o pedir taxi ya que no es taan caminable al pueblo. Pero igual el taxi te lo piden en recepcion y no gastas mas de 200 pesos ida y vuelta por 2 personas.

An accomodation where hospitality really matters!
Pros:

We booked very last minute and the staff was ready to welcome us. The staff was absolutely amazing, the communication via WhatsApp was excelent, they replied fast and really friendly! They truly understand hospitality.

The resort itself is very beautiful and perfectly located to explore Bernal by car.

We ordered food and booked including breakfast, it was delicious!

Would definitely recommend to stay here, keep up the good work!

Cons:

We could only stay for one night. That was the only thing we didn't like. Apart from that nothing to improve.

Pros:

La limpieza del hotel y de la habitación, los jardines amplios y bien cuidados, la amabilidad del personal, el jacuzzi de la alberca con agua caliente, la vista hacia la peña de Bernal, buena conexión al wifi.

Cons:

El agua de la regadera no salía caliente, tuvimos que pedirle a los trabajadores que nos ayudaran a solucionarlo y aunque se tardaron si lo resolvieron. En la noche un día salí del cuarto para pedir un favor del personal pero no había nadie en la recepción ni en ningún lado. Los letreros en el estacionamiento para los lugares reservados creo que son un poco exagerados al decir que "si te estacionas ahí te remolcaran tu carro y te lo chocarán" creo que solo con que pongan que son lugares reservados es suficiente.

No es un resort ni un hotel de 5 estrellas. Lo clasifico como un hotel campestre de 3 estrellas. No hay señales de donde es la entrada ni la recepción. Muy caro para el tipo de cuarto. No había agua caliente sólo tibia. Muy frío y no hay calefacción.
