This is my 4th stay at these hotel, the staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Think this is my 6th time staying there, always my go to hotel when I'm in Bangkok.
Main reasons I like this hotel:
- Very comfortable bed and linen.
- Japanese Toilet.
- Friendly and Helpful Staff.
- Location.
Modify shower and toilet doors, it's easy to figure out that the door operate inward. However, I can see where a guest could damage the glass doors pulling it outward.
I do love the Japanese toilets, but this is the second time that the controller battery power level was low where you actually had to place the controller closer to the sensor for it to work.
Just thinking outta the box and thought it would be nice to have a free luggage weight scale station at the check-in/out counter or outside bellhop area.
This hotel is by far the best one I've stayed at and I will continue to stay there.
