Pros:

Close to airport. Ease of shuttle service.

Cons:

Our check in process was terrible. Front desk person was curt and rude. His first word of greeting was “passports”!
No hello, welcome, how can I help??
Really too bad as the rest of staff we encountered during our stay were very nice.
This guy should not be in a front desk position.
We have many choices near Malpensa Airport and the Tribe wont be one for us in the future.

Nossa experiência no TRIBE foi excelente e superou nossas expectativas.

A localização próxima ao aeroporto é muito conveniente, especialmente para quem está chegando ou saindo de Milão por Malpensa. O serviço de transfer também fez toda a diferença e, para quem não está de carro, considero praticamente imprescindível para facilitar os deslocamentos na região.

Outro ponto que nos ajudou muito foi o serviço de guarda de bagagens, que funcionou perfeitamente e tornou nossa logística de viagem muito mais tranquila.

A equipe foi excelente em todos os momentos, sempre atenciosa, cordial e disponível para nos ajudar quando necessário.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência e recomendamos fortemente o TRIBE Milano Malpensa.
