Que la habitación era muy pequeña, la alberca no era climatizada, no había sombrillas para cubrirte del sol, y el estacionamiento se tenía que pagar a parte
La atención del personal excelente, un hermoso lugar y muy a gusto para descansar a pesar de estar en el corazón de Puebla.
El desayuno puede mejorar , hay muy pocas opciones. Pero la atención muy buena!
You cannot beat the location. If you got any closer, you would be sitting in the main town Square ! Everything to see and do is within walking distance. The size of the room was very good, the strength of the shower was excellent, and the room was super clean. The breakfast choices were large and the food was prepared with care and very tasty. Each of the staff from the front desk to the door person to the bellboy to the restaurant staff for exceptionally warm and helpful. The view from the room was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would come and stay again myself. Shout out to Leonardo who was one of the restaurant waiters.
The room only had one chair and one waste bin - in the toilet area. Hairdryer was provided upon request. It would’ve been nicer if the air conditioner was stronger. We stayed in room 706.
The property is in a beautiful building and has a lot of art. The hotel is located in the Center of Puebla. The rooms were clean.
The rooms had no facilities (no hair dryer, no water kettle / coffee machine, no minibar). A/C was not working well, wherefore it was extremely hot during the night. The bed was extremely small. The pool was dirty. The staff was nice and tried their best they are not five star level (e.g. asked for pool towels which never arrived, asked for hot water and instead got ice water).

Los empleados te ayudan en todo momento y hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable. Hay un parking de pago justo al lado y los empleados del hotel te aparcan y recogen el auto. Excelente servicio.

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay here for three nights. The room was simple and clean with a good view over the rooftops to the volcano. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is easy walking distance to the sights and restaurants.
Las zonas comunes son espectaculares, parece una galería de arte y el edificio histórico recuperado e impecable. Y lo mejor el personal :)
Las habitaciones dan al propio interior del edificio y no tienen mucha privacidad
