"No"...Really Just Say "No" to Staying Here!

Very Clean Good Looking Hotel...Looks are Deceiving...Because You Can't Sleep at this Hotel!

Cons:

Room Temperature (Way Too Hot or Way Too Cold)...Constant "Rocks in a Tin Can" Noise from HVAC Unit...Neighborhood is a "Crime Seen" Waiting to Happen (Industrial/Commercial Turning to Residential) with Homeless/Constant Police Patrols...Locked Security Six-Foot Fence in Front of Entrance Doors (First Time that I have Ever Seen that Type of Security but Common in this Neighborhood)...Contacted Maybe Ten Times About Checking-In Early Online...Required to Sign a Contract at Check-In Stating that You will Pay the "Full Amount" if You Leave Early (Seriously...this is when You Know Something is Wrong but it is Already Too Late Because of their "No Cancellation Agreement")...BUT DON"T FORGET THE NOISE...Location is Between Commuter Light Rail Train and the Railroad Trains...Both of which "Wail on the Horns" if Something is Blocking the Tracks Like the Homeless People that Sleep Along the Sides of Both Tracks (Note Pictures of Room Train Sign, Ear Plugs, but I Forgot to Take A Picture of the "White Noise Generator")...Also Based on the Overall Security in this Neighborhood I would Not Park My Car Outside (Note there is No Fenced Parking Lot at this Hotel)...Maybe I am Just Upset that I Paid $160/night for a $80/night Hotel and Woke Up Sweating at 4:00 AM so I could then Listened to HVAC/Train Noise Until Starting My Day!!! (Only Hotel that I Ever Asked if I could Cancel my Reservation at Check-In!!!)

素晴らしい！
Pros:

素晴らしい雰囲気作りとおもてなし、そして清潔感！
シャワーもちゃんとお湯も出るし水圧も問題なしで、ベッドもフカフカだし、何よりダウンタウンへのアクセスの良さとホテル周辺ののどかさがたまらない！
チェックアウトが早朝だとロビーでの手続きが要らないのも優しい。

Cons:

ロビーのおもてなし用のお水はこまめにメンテナンスした方が良い気がした。

First time to Texas....loved Houston
Pros:

We arrived after check in hours..got codes emailed to us and it was so easy(which was welcome after 14 and half hours of travelling).Deirdre and Gabby were amazing at front desk, hotel is very quirky and spotless.2 mins from metro.....get a day pass for 3 dollars.Two lovely bars nearby aswell.

" WANDERFUL"!
Pros:

We loved the owner and her front desk assistant. Engaged, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, spirited and simply downright GENUINELY KIND! I love the single kitchen and honor system....smart idea! The multi-themed rooms were so cool. We had the giraffe room....so clean and quiet and close to some great eating establishments! Loved it here and would return!

A great choice for our stay in Houston.
Pros:

All staff we met were extremely welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Great advice was given on where to eat, drink and visit during our short stay in Houston.
Facilities were good with coffee and tea and snacks available at all times.
Location although away from town centre was within short walk of good bars and cafe and just a bit further to good restaurants. Extremely easy to get into town via the tram.
Overall really happy that we stayed here.

Cons:

A bit noisy in the night with trains and other outside sounds, though the staff were super helpful supplying ear plugs and white noise machine.
Room on small side but perfectly well equipped and extremely clean.

It was such a fun spot!!

Would definitely book again!
Pros:

Convenient Location in Eado. Close to downtown, walkable food and beverage spots, and light rail. Cute, comfortable and cozy rooms.

Cons:

Some missing essentials (like our tv remote) but the staff was sincerely apologetic about it.
